King Size Bed - Guest Charming Studio (With W/D)

Guest Studio has its private entrance attached to main house on a quiet residential neighborhood. The outdoor 4 seat dinning yard table and BBQ is there for you to use. The other side of house is occupied by my son. Studio offers 325 sq private space of a single family home. It’s centrally-located to Downtown St. Petersburg 15 min, and only 8 mins. to St. Pete Beach by car, also a lovely 10 min. drive to Gulfport Art District nearby and John's Pass Village also 15 min. drive.
Just so that you are aware, You are totally responsible when booking for someone else. If you click on Instant Booking and you do not have a picture profile registered with VRBO, I Require License ID, please send attachment. Currently in St. Petersburg
 the Sun Runner Bus is approximately 2 1/2 blocks to catch which goes to Downtown and St. Pete Beach, runs approx. every 15 min. Please google information.

The place is easy to find, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It has all the basic needs plus a few extras. I would stay here again if traveling to the Tampa area.

Couldn't be better!

This was the PERFECT place to stay while I was in St. Pete. Location was convenient. Room was spotless. Bed was SO comfortable. Appreciated the kitchenette and laundry facilities!

Excellent Place to Stay!

This VRBO rental is top notch! Odalys and Diago are wonderful hosts! The location is centrally located, which made navigating around St. Pete really easy. The room was spacious and clean with a lot of amenities! Odalys made sure all your housekeeping needs were met. The gas grill and washer & dryer were an added bonus!Definately staying here again!

Excellent, clean, quiet, convenient!

Newly remodeled. Very clean and nice. Wonderful to have coffee (keurig) and laundry with supplies available. Loved have a gas grill available too! Host was super helpful and responsive.

10/10 stay!

We were here for a long weekend for a weekend and had no complaints whatsoever! The place was sparkling clean, the bed was super comfortable, and it is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. There were lots of little touches like laundry pods, coffee, beach towels and bottled water available for us upon arrival. We didn’t rent a car but there were Ubers that could pick us up within minutes to go anywhere we wished, the beach just being a short 10min drive. Would definitely consider staying again if back in the area!

Our hosts thought of everything. Appreciated the complementary coffee and water. The place is clean, quiet and very comfortable. Great location. The decor is very pleasing. It is as advertised, very charming. Host communicated important things and we felt very welcome. Highly recommend to those looking for a place in the Treasure Island area. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect for two!

My sister and I came to Florida for a long weekend and this spot was perfect! It is close to the beach and in a lovely little neighborhood. The bed was comfy, amenities were well thought out and the host was friendly and hospitable. Communication was prompt and check in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great place to stay!

The hosts were helpful and checking in couldn't be any more hassle free. The hosts were friendly and available if needed. the proximity to the beach, sites-to-see, and good restaurants. They provided some advice on good places to eat. The rental was very clean, up-to-date and quiet. they provided beach umbrella, beach chairs, and aloe vera was very helpful. I would certainly stay again!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We have provided the outdoor BBQ and Dinning Yard Table for enjoyment right by your door. The back of the yard is only meant for the main house residence, my son living there. Please keep your door closed behind you, as this is Florida, and you do not want any uninvited critters like lizards, tiny frogs or any flying bug entering unit. We do have active Security recording cameras in front and all sides of home and underneath carport with audio. These cameras were always meant for the security of my home and now my guest(s). Cameras are now a norm as it's in every hotel or business. Thank you & enjoy your stay.
