Adorable sunny priv. entrance suite & bathroom w/ patio close to beach & center

Welcome to Casa Tropicana in the heart of sunny St Petersburg, Florida. Your beach themed suite with self-check-in awaits you. Located only 10 minutes from the nearby beaches & walking distance to the bus lines.

This is a private suite that consists of:

1. 1 tastefully decorated bedroom with a comfy queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, a portable fan, 2 beach chairs and beach towels and a cooler. The large closet offers plenty of space to hang your clothes and store your luggage.

2. A beachy flex room with sitting areas, TV, ceiling fan, air fryer , mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Both rooms are light and airy.

3. Your private full bath has a step -in shower and natural light. For your convenience there is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and a blow dryer for you to use

This suite is seperate from the homeowners who live on the property.

Located centrally halfway between Downtown St. Pete and the beach in a cute neighborhood called Live Oaks. Lots of mature trees line the roads and you'll often see neighbors walk their dogs or exercise. The public bus is a super short walk from us. Restaurants, grocery and convenient stores are just a short drive away. Some close enough to walk.

Host was helpful when we needed to mail something. Place pretty and comfortable. Shower was great. Microwave, toaster, fridge, and coffeemaker in the “tv room” were helpful but a kitchen sink would be better than only a bathroom sink. Very Nice surroundings. overall great value

Just a wonderful time. Our friendly hosts communicated clearly with us and provided all kinds of useful info. The check-in and check out were very easy. The bed was comfortable and we had access to a room where we could eat, make coffee, and watch tv. There were nice surprises in each room and on the small patio outside lovingly and tastefully designed with flowers, sea shells, paintings etc. There were string lights on the patio fence for night time and even a couple chameleons came by to greet us. Coming from NJ the peaceful and beautiful streets around the address made for an ideal walk in the morning with all kinds of trees and birds on every side. Inside and out, we felt safe and blessed. Thank you Ulrike and Joe!

Charming and easy to live in - Casa Tropicana!

What a true delight it was to stay in this cottage bedroom. The owners were very attentive to the little things that came up. My only wish would have been for a writing desk, but there is no room for that. When I asked for a tv tray, they provided a 12x12 side table, so that helped.I would be happy to stay with these hosts again, as the bed was comfy with great linens not to mention the little extras that make the guest’s stay easy. Please consider Casa Tropicana
 perfect for one or two travelers.

Peaceful Oasis!

This was my first experience of staying in someone's home, and it was amazing! Room and bathroom are private as stated in listing with private entrance. Room was beautifully decorated with a relaxing beach theme. The small outdoor space was so peaceful, and I loved the beautifully landscaped yard full of amazing plants! This place was extremely clean and well kept. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Grandma’s Stay

Stayed in St Pete for close location to a son with no car currently. Clean quarters. Had trouble finding spot due to road construction and no help for directions. Owner’s husband walked to me an led me to my unit. Quiet and secure. Thanks!!!

Perfect St Pete spot

We had a lovely stay! The spot was a great central location for our first trip to the area. The space itself is very clean and smells amazing! They have both a mini fridge and a microwave as well as coffee. They have anything you’ll need in the washroom as well. The home is also very quiet. We didn’t hear much of anything at all during our stay. We also really appreciated having beach towels with us since we didn’t have room to pack any. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A very recommendable accommodation

We spent a good time, the location was for us very convenient, the room and bathroom were clean, and with care decorated. We used the good size fridge and microwave. We also enjoyed the little outside terrace. All in all a very recommendable accommodation to stay.
