Enjoy stunning ocean views from this beautifully remodeled condo! 311 at D Sands is located 30 steps up, but the balcony ocean view, full kitchen, and cozy decor are worth the climb. A family of 6 will have plenty of space in this one bedroom, one bathroom suite, with sleeping options including 2 queen beds in the bedroom, or claim the queen murphy bed in the living room where you can fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. The property itself has beach access as well and commercial grade Wi-Fi.



The Space:

Enjoy stunning ocean views from this beautiful condo! Also known as "Slow M'Ocean", Unit 311 at D Sands is located 30 steps up, but the balcony ocean view, full kitchen, and cozy decor are worth the climb. A family of 6 will have plenty of space in this one bedroom, one bathroom suite, with sleeping options including 2 queen beds in the bedroom, or claim the queen Murphy bed in the living room where you can fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. The property itself has beach access as well and commercial grade Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Beautiful view from of the beach. Loved everything about the place, the decor was wonderful. Had everything we needed for our visit. Walking distance to restaurants that had great food. I would definitely stay here again, would recommend it to friends and family.

The view was fantastic! It was easy access to the beach. Only drawback was lugging cooler and luggage up to the 3rd floor (but we knew there wasn’t an elevator)

Great view and location. No air conditioning and only windows are in bedroom which is on hwy 101 and it is noisy. Stains on carpet but otherwise clean. Overall great location and had a nice stay. Not all fees were listed when looking at options to book. Taxes were extra 100 so overall kinda expensive for what you got. No dishwasher either which was unexpected.

Super easy check-in/out. The view is amazing. Lots of hikes nearby. Did not get to enjoy the hot tub or pool but definitely a bonus. Hostess were very pleasant and accommodating.
