Classic Cape Cod home with private beach

James and guests were amazing. They had the misfortune of being at 558 when right at the beginning of their trip. The refrigerator died on them. They were truly amazing and patient. I did my best to have it replaced as quickly as possible. Every time I updated them, i apologized for the inconvenience, they quickly said, not to worry, they understand that something's are just not in any one's control. I would rent to these guys anytime they wanted. Dream renters.

If all my guests could be like Susanne and Julia I would be in heaven. They treated the house as if it was there own. I think they left it cleaner then they found it. Two of the nicest people I have ever had in 22 years of renting my home. I wanted to thank them for treating my home like it was there.

Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. On more than one occasion he let me know how much he and his group loved our home. As an owner, it's a great feeling when a guest lets you know, a lot of people do not think to tell you when they are happy with your property, unless asked. They took great care of the property while they were there. I would recommend Ryan and friends to anyone renting there home out. Bobby.

It was a pleasure to have David and his family. I had the pleasure of meeting David and his daughter. They seemed to be having a nice vacation. I hope they will consider coming back.

Prior to arrival James had asked that sheets be washed with an all natural detergent and our cleaning crew had not done this. I offered James all brand new sheets and pillow cases, luckily I keep them in the house. He informed me that they had things under control and thanked me for my quick response and the option for all new sheets. My main concern is for all vacationers to arrive with out a single issue and hope the entire stay is the same. I always want visitors to enjoy there stay from the minute they arrive to the minute they leave. Things do not always happen that way and when this happens, all I want to do is fix any issue, as quickly as possible to the visitors satisfaction. I felt terrible for the issue upon arrival. I wanted to show James and his family that I did feel bad for the issue upon arrival, so I found out which restaurants they would be eating at, the Red Inn was one, I had a gift card waiting for them at the restaurant. Just wanted to show I care about my guests and if a trip starts out on the wrong foot, maybe a small gesture will show it did not go unnoticed. Our goal is to have every single guest and there guests have the perfect stay. I try to respond to any questions or concerns as quickly as possible. In the end James thanked me for my quick response and solutions to his concerns. I am happy that he and family were able to have a great week on our home and in Provincetown.

Gareth and his family were a joy to have in my home. When the ac unit started leaking water all over the living room. They told me about and when I apologized for the inconvenience, they told me it wasn’t, at all. I had it fixed as soon as I could and they told me, not to worry and they truly meant it. They left the house spotless. I would love to have them back and if you are lucky enough to have them interested in your home, open your doors wide and tell them to come on over. Bobby Kelley

I am very happy that Jeff and co. figured out one of the best things about 558, the porch and the beautiful view of Provincetown harbor. I think I could sit out there all day, I guess I have many a day. So happy that Jeff and friends enjoyed their vacation and the house. They left it perfect when they left. Any home owner would be happy to have them as guest.
