2-10 minutes (driving) away from the public entrance to Siesta Key beach
Down the road from Phillippi Creek harbor (jet ski rentals/ kayaking). Two minutes from Crescent beach, 10 minutes from Turtle beach, and 20 minutes from St. Armand's circle (access to Lido beach).
Newly remodeled home with three beds and two full bathrooms. Two very spacious living areas, dining room, kitchen dinette. Beautiful kitchen with new appliances and extended bar area.
Everything you'll need including, TVs in every room, towels, beach towels, laundry room, etc.

Beautiful lanai and patio for extra spaces to relax. Patio includes a grill, chaise lounge chairs, and patio chairs.

Fun in the sun

Home away from home

Nice, clean property close to beaches with all the amenities of home. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and promptly resolved a couple of minor maintenance issues that popped up during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Cute spot, nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay again. The house next door is a vacation rental too. It makes it very loud in the master bedroom.

Home away from home

Nice House

Very comfortable with many extras, such as a full spice rack, wagon and chairs to take to the beach, and comfortable beds. I would stay here again.

Nice Weekly Rental with minor issues.(AC unit was a little old but works, internet was out for the stay but not the owner fault) House is on the older side with good interior updates. Neighborhood is mix of older homes that are not up-keep somewhat. Overall OK for my family and Kids

A Wonderful Home in a Great Location

We were really enjoyed staying in Chris's house, the location is fantastic for Siesta Key and Lido Key beach's as well as for shopping and restaurants. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.

Host very accommodating. Located 8 blocks from crescent beach. Short rides to village, restaurants, shopping, airport. Comfortable house, nice area, would book again.

Perfect rental house

Awesome Property and Great Host

This was the best house we’ve stayed at. It was well decorated with very good updates and on a quiet street. It had tons of room for everyone to spread out and very comfortable. The host was great as well. We had forgotten some beach stuff and they saved us by letting us borrow a few things. 100% recommend this property and would stay there again on another trip.

Siesta Key Vacation

Fantastic house to rent! The whole house was spotless and very cozy. With only a few minutes to the beach you couldn’t beat the location. Chris and Jazmin were terrific to communicate with. I will definitely be renting his home again when I visit Florida!

Adorable, clean house!

My husband and i decided to add a few days to our destin trip and head futher south. We found this house located literally less than 10 min drive to the beach. The reviews said it was clean and it didnt disappoint. The house was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy!
