NATURE LOVER! Home Across from PARK Near Downtown
Nature lover's paradise! Enjoy nature across from this charming remodeled two-bedroom home. The park is connected to miles of nature trails along Buffalo Bayou Park that will take you straight to downtown and to the famous Memorial Park, including many nearby restaurants and shopping. The bike rental is down the street. The dog-friendly park also has 2 tennis courts and a children's play area. The home, with a large backyard, was remodeled and decorated by well-known local architect Robert Herolz.
A brand-new kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes cooking easy and pleasurable. The two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, are tastefully decorated. A computer desk is available for your business activities. A large fenced-in backyard with a BBQ grill lets you enjoy a nice picnic. A one-car garage is available for guests to store things if needed. There is very little street noise coming from the park since no parking is allowed across from the house.
The neighbors are friendly, and many have children or pets that they bring to the park. A great place to mingle!
This unique property is convenient for out-of-town guests coming to Houston for business, visiting families, or here for treatments at the Texas Medical Center. It also lets our guests get away from it all by walking/ biking to Buffalo Bayou Park or immersing in many outdoor activities at Memorial Park only 3 minute's drive away. This one-of-a-kind executive property and its convenient location is beckoning for you to call it your home away from home!

I am semi-retired and a tennis addict who loves to play tennis and spend time with my partner and our 2 dogs. With 2 tennis courts across this property, and since I live close by, our guests would see me there playing tennis on a regular basis. Assistance with our guests' stay is a quick phone call away.

This is a rare find property locating right across the park in the middle of Houston. Not only that access to Downtown is 3 minutes away. The Texas Medical center about 10 minutes and you only need to make a few turns to get there. It is almost a straight shot to the TMC. If you are traveling for business, major freeways are close by.

The park across the house is truly exceptional! It seems to relax your mind on a hectic day! Going for a walk, a jog or a bike ride along the trails just makes you forget that you are in a major metropolitan area. Nature is truly magical!
