The condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long-distance to US and Canada. The property offers a beachside heated swimming pool with a nice size deck that has both covered and open lounging areas. Step off the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower and take a cool dip in the pool. Pool area bathrooms are easy to access as well. There is an online application operated laundry right on your floor for added convenience to this property. There is a large gas grill for your use as well near the pool area. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
