Escape to Cape San Blas at One Particular Harbour, a lovely 3-bedroom, 3-bath home with all the amenities you’ll need for a spectacular beach getaway. Guests have access to the community pool located right across the street, and the beach is just a short walk away!

For your convenience, this home has room for four cars. There is also a washer and dryer, as well as an outdoor shower.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Sleeps 11):
FIRST FLOOR:
- Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom With Shower Only

SECOND FLOOR:
- Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed, Utilizes Common Area Bathroom With Shower/Tub Combo
- Bunk Room: Full-over-Full Bunk Beds, Full-over-Full Bunk Beds with a Twin Trundle Bed, Utilizes Common Area Bathroom With Shower/Tub Combo

*Your reservation includes 250 USD worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your 250 USD credit will go a long way!

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of 200 USD. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.

*The road this home is on does occasionally hold water in two spots. During abnormally high rainfall, it can require an SUV to access.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Very spacious, comfortable beds, kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils. Loved everything about our stay.

Great location, great house

The house had everything we needed for our trip that included adults and teenagers--the layout was perfect to give everyone the space they wanted. It was close to the boardwalk to the beach, and an easy bike ride to the market. We enjoyed both the gulf side and the bay side!

The house was great nice location plenty of room for everyone the only drawback was the length to the beach not far if just taking a stroll a little too far to lug all the beach stuff

Great find!!

We loved this house. It was exactly how it was listed, cute, roomy and steps to the beach. The check in process in theory is great but the code we were given did not work. So at 8:30 at night trying to find someone to help us get in the house, was not ideal. Besides that it was a perfect vacation and will def stay again!!!

Thanksgiving 2023

Positives: Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Access to beach was great. Functionality of stuff in house was excellent. Kitchen was sufficiently furnished. Beds were comfortable. Negatives: Property management would not allow us early check in even though the previous renter had checked out 4 days before we arrived. A little consideration given we had my 2.5 yr old granddaughter with us would have been much appreciated. The 3rd bathroom off the laundry room was locked even though it was advertised as being accessible. We managed to get the door open and found the bathroom had not been cleaned. We used it anyway as an extra restroom as to not have to intrude on the occupants of the master bath. A very large bear (my son saw him) visited our trash cans twice and we had to rebag and clean up after him. After contacting 360Blue, we were allowed to move the trash cans to the fenced in back yard. Would have been nice to have been warned of the bears prior to check in because I had walked my little 10 pound dog about an hour before the bear visit. Summary: Despite the negatives, the property is very nice, and I would have no problem recommending others to stay here. We had a great vacation.

We had a great stay at the 3 bedroom stay in Cape San Blas. All the comforts of home. We would go back.
