› Please take time to read the house rules as they are really important as staying in nice residential areas means being respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood’s rules.

Parking: Please make sure to park on the driveway. Parking on the grass isn’t allowed. Parking on the sidewalk isn’t allowed

Party/Noise: Quiet hours 10pm - 8am. We wish you a memorable stay first and foremost. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and I’d like to remind you that we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES!

Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoor only. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoor (subject to fine). Please gather your cigarettes' butts and throw them away, do not throw them in the backyard.

(Kitchen stove is an induction stove, works only with inductions pans which must be on the stove to turn on. Small pans on small burner, big pans on big burners or it doesn't work)

We had 10-12 people during our stay and it was very enjoyable. This was one of the few places we could find to accommodate such a big group. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working the entire trip, multiple attempts were made to resolve the issue, but in the end there was no resolution. (Hot tub wouldn't heat pass 80 degrees). When asking for compensation, since the hot tub was a large reason we chose this place, the host said "the issue was due to a tornado and is out of our control". This seemed to me an unacceptable response considering other recent reviews indicating the hot tub was previously not working, meaning the host is failing to maintain this amenity but still advertising it as a selling point. Had we been notified that the tub would not be working when we arrived, other arrangements could have been made, but instead we could not use it the entire trip. Overall, very responsive host, just wish the customer service about the hot tub was a little better.

Thanksgiving Retreat
Met our family's requirements for a comfortable and safe environment with an excellent floor plan. In addition to the backyard water view, there is a nice walking trail across the street that was great for our daily dog walks. A little cosmetic touchup could be done to reinvigorate property but very comfortable. Relaxing Thanksgiving holiday with family... Thank you!

Book at your own risk - too many unacceptable issues which were not resolved ruined our stay
This was a big disappointment, the most unacceptable parts were the awful comms with the property manager and the lack of privacy in a bedroom. Messages were ignored, or replied very slowly with some lies, especially those about the bedroom broken blinds. They were permanently stuck open, so beds were in full view from the outside rear - workers at the rear could look straight in to see people in bed. The room was out of bounds in the afternoons as it was flooded with sunlight with no shade, with unbearable heat. Someone came to 'fix' the blinds but put slats to cover the wall, another worker said there was nothing they could do to fix the actual issue. This ruined the stay and made sleep in that room unbearable. More issues: -Bugs everywhere, not least flies from the drain in a bathroom, bugs in the kitchen, and a dead cockroach in the lounge on arrival -The waste disposer was useless as there was a sign ‘no food waste allowed’ -The rear doors had large gaps to the side (cracks in the wall) allowing wind / rain / insects to enter -One shower unusable as it flooded room. -Zero storage in one bedroom -Other broken blinds, only partially repaired -Kayaks unusuable due to the large drop to water, and sign nearby saying no boating allowed in the lake -No instructions for the front door, so we left the property unlocked by accident Overall the villa had so much promise, but the issues above (and very bad communication) made this rental a stressful and very expensive mistake.

Awesome home! Magnificent Sunset.
We had a very short stay. My family and friends We’re leaving for a cruise the following day from Miami, which made it convenient. The house was clean, with lots of outdoor space and furniture. The only issue that I had with the home is there was not enough towels, toilet paper, no hand soap. I know a couple of the beds had no wash cloths.. Other than that all is well
