Look no more! This beautiful 12th floor Tropic Winds corner unit is waiting for you. The balcony view is absolutely stunning! Enjoy 20+ mile views of the coastal, sandy, Emerald Coast including fireworks shows, during holidays, from the Pier Park city pier.

New updates for 2023 include engineered wood flooring (no more carpet), new paint throughout, and new upscale fixtures and beach decor. We also added a new, high-quality, master bedroom mattress for a wonderful nights rest. The condo is well maintained and kept updated for our wonderful guests. Book Tropic Winds 1201, You'll be glad you did!

You'll enjoy the spacious balcony with comfortable furnishings for sunning, napping, or enjoying coffee or a meal with million dollar views and majestic sunsets. The condo is tastefully decorated and features an exclusive 2nd level parking space.

Relax in the comfortable living room featuring reclining sofa (not a sleeper sofa) and two individual recliners while enjoying views of the gulf. The master bedroom adjoins the balcony as well and includes a king size bed and private bath. Sleep to the sound of the waves! The large guest room includes a queen bed and full bed as well as private access to the guest bath.

It gets better! This condo includes two free beach chairs and umbrella from March 1st to October 31st.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

Beautiful balcony with a nicely cleaned condo. We were very happy with our stay!! Two chairs and an umbrella provided with your wristband on beach. Early bird gets the better front row chairs at 9am. Side note: Bring TP!! Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom provided. And maybe bring extra trash bags, sponge for dishes, laundry/dishwasher detergent for longer stays. Just easy to pack beforehand! Wish we did.

Perfect getaway

This is the 2nd year in a row we’ve stayed in this condo bc we love it so much. The location is perfect, the beds and furniture are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with what we needed to cook with, it’s perfect! The beach chairs and designated parking spot are an added bonus. Would recommend to anyone with kids or just adults. My husband has a disability and the recliners are a plus for him to be comfy on vacation. The balcony is big and fabulous, the views are breathtaking. Don’t hesitate to book!!

Fun in the sun!

Wonderful property and property managers was easy to work with. The condo had newer furniture and a wonderful patio for my elderly parents to sit and enjoy the ocean. Definitely coming back again!

Family Enjoys Beach

This is a wonderful condo. Great location, beautiful view and excellent location for us! The porch was probably my favorite amenity. The condo could use some minor maintenance that would go a long way in the upkeep but overall we loved it. Nothing too serious. Cant wait to go back!

We had a fantastic time in 1201. Came here with two under 2, and honestly we will never go back to staying at hotel with littles! All of the amenities were exactly as described, we loved being able to use the beach service for chairs/umbrella, and honestly our stay was just perfect. We feel so blessed we were able to stay at this condo!!

We had an amazing time in 1201. The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was breath taking. All I wanted was to see a thunderstorm from the balcony and on the third night there we got to witness one. The pictures we have are amazing. We enjoyed this condo so much we will be back for sure.

Very clean property!

The condo and the building were both very well maintained. The master bed was super comfy. We enjoyed staying on the quieter end of PCB but still convenient to everything. Will definitely be back!

4th of July stay

Love this location, easy parking and great beach! The absolute selling feature of this condo was the HUGH balcony!! Great kitchen amenities! Ice maker works perfectly for a beach condo and having free access to beach chairs and umbrella was very nice! Only things to note for the owner. In the master bedroom there is a very pretty light fixture that is WAY to big for the room. I am only 5’10” and it was very easy to get into the fixture with my head and once you shut the door, with out a ceiling fan, it was uncomfortable when the ac turned off. Also, it’s time to replace the cushions on the patio furniture. That balcony is SO nice that ripped and worn out cushions is a little disappointing. Loved the beach toys, floats and skim boards! The furniture inside and out is very comfortable. The main door to the balcony definitely needs service and a better handle solution is a must. However, 10/10 would stay here again!

Very good overall

Very nice condo. Great balcony and great views. Only two concerns. Master bedroom mattress desperately needs replaced. Only one restaurant within walking distance, Mikes Oyster House is very good, but if you want variety be prepared to have a rental car or ride share.
