Convenient to Downtown Brevard

This was perfect for our visit to Brevard. It was very clean, comfortable, and close to downtown and local waterfalls. Lots of nice touches by the owners to make the stay comfortable and welcoming.

The perfect one bedroom apartment. Extremely clean and well stocked with soaps, shampoo, and all the kitchen items we needed to cook a great meal. Lovely patio with a screen door to enjoy the fresh air. The animal love was appreciated!

Nicely finished basement apartment, but didn't feel like a basement. Gas grill was convenient for eating in. Easy in and out, close to Brevard, DuPont, Connestee.

Great place to stay in Brevard!

Very cozy and convenient location to access Brevard and the Pisgah. It was one of the best outfitted vacation rentals that I have stayed in. The kitchen knives were even sharp. The roomba entertained the kids while cleaning. Would definitely stay there again.

Mountain paradise

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Our host and hostess are very attentive. The place was very clean and we just enjoyed the whole weekend sitting on the back porch and enjoying listening to the birds we saw 4 large deer a cool looking bat and I finally got to see a white squirrel. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back.

Great experience

The place was easy to locate and presented just as it looks on the listing. The host provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to town, but very secluded. The back porch was very nice to have a morning coffee on.

We left half way thru the stay because of the weather — lots of rain. The property was very clean. However, temperature was remotely controlled by owner and the bedroom was quite a bit hotter than rest of unit. Owners tried to solve but indicated that this was an ongoing issue.

Great stay near downtown Brevard

This home is conveniently close to downtown Brevard. It was very clean, and spacious. Although it is the lower level of a home it has a separate entrance and driveway which allows for privacy. The kitchen has everything you would need. The owners are very kind and responsive. Would stay there again.

GREAT PLACE

My husband and I were looking for somewhere to stay for an overnight get away and I'm so thankful I found this place. It was the cleanest place that we have ever stayed and very well equipped with everything you need. Jodi was a very easy to work with and very quick to respond.

Just right and great location!

Perfect place for my wife, me and little Bruno - a small Papillion puppy. The location is close to town, made it convenient to get to the start of the Assault on Carolina bike ride downtown. The place is very comfortable and has everything you need. Thanks for the accommodations and we will be back!

The Perfect Spot!

Lovely one bedroom located near town in a quiet area. Neat and tidy. Everything we needed was there. Perfect for small family or couple. We couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely return!
