Welcome to this newly renovated, 2 bedroom / 1 bath cottage in the heart of Brevard! Walk, Bike and Explore Galore! This lovely cottage is centrally located and within walking distance to all that Brevard has to offer. Brevard City Bike Path will lead you to the nearby Lumberyard District for dining, breweries, shopping and live music (10-minute walk) or downtown to the charming City of Brevard, with numerous shopping and dining options (less than 20-minute walk). Close to Brevard College, too!

Spend the day hiking to waterfalls in Dupont State Forest (less than 20 minute drive) or exploring Asheville and the Biltmore Estate (less than 45 minute drive).

Come back after your adventures and enjoy this cozy, well-appointed cottage with its large yard, nice trees, and excellent location.

- Walking/riding distance to so many options!
- Local restaurants, breweries and Wine Down Brevard.
- Walking to Morning Social for coffee and a locally sourced, scratch breakfast.
- Walking to NoblebrÀu Brewing at 185 King St. and catching some live music.

You will also find the Ingles grocery store and Starbucks Coffee conveniently located 3 minutes away by car or about an 8 minute walk!

Also, there are two bike stands for indoor bike storage. The stands hold 20 mm road tires up to 2.25 in. wide and mountain bike tire sizes 20–29 in.

Note that this property has an active security camera located outside at the front entrance of the house which monitors the front porch, front walkways and the driveway and road access. The camera records both video and audio.

Very clean and kitchen was well appointed. Travis was very communicative. There were no issues here. Kitchen and house very well appointed. Loved the convenience to downtown and all other places well documented by other visitors here. Quiet, good neighborhood, no one bothered us.Hey I saw a white squirrel on first morning. HVAC worked like a champ in 20 degree weather. Great TV.

My college-aged daughter and I stayed here briefly in December. The house was very well organized and thoughtfully laid out with an area to make coffee/ tea and a cozy living room. I appreciated the location very close to the grocery store.

Brevard Bike and Hike Retreat provided my wife and I a wonderful accommodation for our stay in Brevard. The retreat is well designed and tastefully decorated with many thoughtful and functional touches. Especially enjoyed the wonderful kitchen that was so well equipped. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the entire retreat was immaculately clean. Location is close enough to walk to downtown in about 15 minutes, with several restaurants only a few minutes away by foot. Great communication with our host who made us feel welcomed. Most highly recommend the Retreat, and we look forward to our next stay at this location.

Wonderful weekend away in a beautiful home! Listing was exactly how it appeared online and the home was incredibly clean and well stocked. Great location within walking distance to town. Beautiful, clean, and perfect location. This cozy house is a great base camp for everything Brevard. It has everything you need to enjoy a weekend or week away. Brevard is a lovely community with something for everyone. Great shopping, excellent restaurants, and so much fun stuff to do outside. We enjoyed hiking, fishing, swimming, and floating down the French broad in a raft. We will be back.

We visit Brevard once or twice each year. This has been our favorite place to stay to date. The location is so convenient to downtown and to Pisgah. The owner did a great job with the decor and functionality of the property as well. It was so comfortable and homey so we could relax after long days of hiking and biking. We just loved it and can’t wait to stay here again! Such a special place.

Beautiful property in Brevard!

We really loved the Brevard Bike and Hike property. It had everything we needed and more! Great location 5 minutes from historic district of Brevard and restaurants and grocery stores. Very clean, upgraded amenities. Would definitely stay there again!

The rental was clean and well stocked with amenities- on the other hand, the nest thermostat was a pain to figure out and the tv needs some cable channels(not HBO, etc but basics like TNT , USA, etc.

May in Brevard

A great location for all things in Brevard, NC. Home was spotless and is close to all things in Brevard. Walking distance (about a mile to downtown Brevard) and were able to attend the annual White Squirel Festival. Highly recommend this rental.

Everything in the house was comfortable and easy to find. Everything we needed was available. We especially appreciated the water filter in the fridge. The location was convenient to the college campus and downtown. We also found it walkable to some restaurants. We enjoyed our time there & would return.

I am from Fishers, Indiana, and Brevard is my second home. I love mountain biking and hiking in Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Forest and fly fishing in the local rivers and streams. I also love visiting all of the local breweries and restaurants.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Location, location, location! I bought this property for three primary reasons: 1) great location, walkable to the Lumberyard District and downtown, 2) super close to the Brevard City Bike Path, 3) perfect set up for two couples or a family of four. Being able to ride the the trailheads in Pisgah National Forest or Bracken Preserve is amazing, too! I renovated this property in 2022 and made into a place I can call my second home.
