Location is everything! Enjoy a luxurious stay at this guesthouse located one block from downtown Brevard. Located at the former historic Red House Inn, this home has everything from a soaker tub, fireplace, towel warmer, kitchenette, rocking chair porch, king sized bed & pull out twin sofa. Only 1 block from Main St. shops/restaurants/coffee shops/music venues. The Ecusta Trail is also across the street. Cyclists are welcome to use our bike wash and access our private bike storage area.

This cottage is precious and very convenient to Downtown Brevard. The sitting area and fireplace was cozy and comfortable. Everything felt very welcoming.

The cottage is perfect for a couple wanting to get away for a few days. It is very cozy with a fireplace, king size bed, and a large bathroom. The cottage was very clean and well equipped with amenities. The location is ideal. You are within 2-4 blocks from restaurants and the downtown area.

Loved staying here, very clean and spacious. Sasha is an excellent host! Very comfortable bed, enjoyed the fireplace and the bathtub. Easily walkable to downtown Brevard. Will definitely stay here again, we had a wonderful weekend.

There were no utensils with the exception of one spoon by the coffee pot. I’m guessing to stir your coffee, No paper towels, no bathmat,no ice trays. Empty propane tank on the porch.

This is the best rental I have ever stayed in. Clean, gorgeous on the outside and in. Host is on property and was a pleasure to talk with. Nice, safe location and just a few steps away from downtown. Couldn't be happier! Definitely will come back!

Fantastic place to stay for our family (two adults and one 9 year old). Felt homey but still had plenty of space. Very clean and comfortable. Able to walk downtown in no time for food, drinks, chocolate, shopping, etc. Host was very kind and responsive. Will certainly stay here again when we come back to Brevard.

Hiking vacation

This was a lovely place in a prime location. The space itself was really pretty with a comfy bed and fabulous bathroom. Walking distance to town and so many restaurants and coffee shops. It was a great base to drive to various hiking trails. We’ll definitely be back!!

As advertised! Perfect location in downtown, walkable to restaurants, ice cream shops, breweries, you name it. Sasha was very accommodating, as she had a specific spot to store my bike. Very responsive. I will stay here again.

Clean, Convenient, Cozy

Excellent location! I walked to dinner, drove to Pisgah for two great hikes and enjoyed coffee on the little porch. Owner communication was outstanding. I will be back!

Perfect weekend getaway

Too short! Wonderful stay!

My husband and I were visiting for 2 nights. The cottage was perfect! We had some rainy weather so we didn’t get to take advantage of the small walk to downtown but it was right around the corner for those who want to be within walking distance. The shower was wonderful, the adjustable King bed was very comfortable and we loved having the gas fireplace. We did experience a bit of trouble trying to stream a movie, but that was most likely a result of the weather. The driveway is shared with the owners, but they were respectful of our privacy. It was extremely clean and well decorated! We would definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Awesome cottage and close to everything!

The Probart House was so cute and convenient to everything in downtown Brevard. We enjoyed our walks to nearby restaurants and shops! It was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect cottage and perfect location!

This lovely and spotless cottage couldn’t have been easier and more perfect for what we needed 
 and the location 
 amazing! All the little details like the beautiful vases of wildflowers didn’t go unnoticed. The location - amazing. EASILY walkable to shops and restaurants (we went to the Bohemian, a wine bar, Morning Social, Kilwins for a later treat), live music (185 King Street), and easy drive to Pisgah State Park. Thank you, Sasha! We would love to visit again!
