Why do folks love to stay at my beachdise home? Read our guest reviews -- they say it all!



My beautiful beachside home is less than 500 steps to the beach, and on the Golden Mile, meaning we're in the middle of everything St. Augustine Beach has to offer.






And it's meticulously clean!  I do all the cleaning and maintenance myself to ensure your stay is excellent!   The 4 bedrooms have 1 King bed, 2 queen beds, and a double bed, and there are 2 queen pull out sofa beds, so we can easily and comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.





Our community pool is pristine and right outside our front door (75 steps from our door), and it's never crowded. 






WMy home is appointed for comfort and style featuring 100% cotton sheets and towels (changed after each visit), new comforters and pillows and super comfy mattresses and pillows.






There is a large 2nd story balcony with seating (2 chairs, 2 rockers and a chaise lounge) and a lower covered deck with seating. Additionally I supply you with lots of beach towels, a beach cart, beach umbrellas and boogie boards.



There's a reason my 2 beachside homes are in Airbnb's Top 5% of all listings. Once you do your due diligence you'll realize you're asssured a great home base at my Sailfish Beachside Home.



Walk over to the beach to watch the sunrise. Watch the sunset from our 2nd floor deck.  Have drinks on our new covered patio. Cook your own meals in our large, fully stocked kitchen - or walk/bike to the many restaurants and bars on the Golden Mile (we’re on the Golden Mile, right next to Fiesta Falls mini-golf). 



We are on the most beautiful stretch of beach in St Augustine Beach. The lush dunes are extraordinary. And you can walk over whenever you want, because we're so close.



And, we're a 10 minute drive to Historic Downtown St. Augustine.

We had such a wonderful stay for our girlfriends’ trip! The home was spotless, very well appointed, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. It was just a quick walk to both the pool and the beach, which made it so easy to relax and enjoy our time. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and communication with the host was always clear and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is great. There was plenty of room for our family. The house was very clean, stocked with the necessities and nicely done. The community is small and well maintained. Our host Dominick was great to communicate with . Definitely highly recommend staying there. I know we will return.

Cousins getaway

Excellent home, immaculate. Great beds, linens, towels. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable sofas, porch furniture. So close to pool, very easy walk to beach. We especially enjoyed being able to get downtown in 10 minutes and enjoy coming back to the house for the beach. Our host was helpful and made sure we were happy on arrival. Definitely would stay here again.

AWESOME HOUSE

This vacation home was exactly how it was described and you can tell that the owner really cares about his guests. The beds were very comfortable and the linens, pillows, towels etc were all high quality. The house is so close to the beach and the pool is steps away. Dom was so easy to work with and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely book this house again when we are in the St. Augustine area! Fantastic stay

The communication from the property manager, Dominick, was exceptional. He checked in frequently to ensure our stay was positive. The house was great. Our trip was a weekend long “girls weekend” for a group of colleagues. We had the best time sitting out on the deck, enjoying the ocean breeze and relaxing. A positive experience and would stay again.
