Sans doute la meilleure et la plus grande maison de location avec vue sur l'océan à St. Augustine Beach. La plage et l'océan sont à seulement quelques pas (environ 40 à 50 mÚtres de la promenade).

L'intérieur et l'extérieur sont magnifiques et grands; 4000 pieds carrés climatisés de sol en marbre, 500 pieds carrés de terrasses, quatre salles de bain complÚtes et deux demi-bains. TV disponibles dans chaque chambre. Table de billard et table de ping-pong pour votre plaisir.

Regardez les voiliers depuis le balcon de la cuisine ou depuis la chambre principale. Un tĂ©lĂ©viseur HD de 50 pouces dans la salle familiale vous divertira lorsque les activitĂ©s de plein air vous Ă©puiseront. La cuisine ne s'arrĂȘte pas aux comptoirs en granit et aux appareils gĂ©nĂ©riques en acier inoxydable: elle a Sub-Zero et Viking.

La maison a de belles touches telles que tous les sols en marbre, tous les seuils en granit et les moulures de couronnement (mĂȘme dans la buanderie bien Ă©quipĂ©e). Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Pas de vĂ©hicules ou remorques d'eau de toute nature dans le garage ou l'aire de stationnement. Parking pour 3 voitures maximum.

Rachel was very responsive to any questions/concerns. It is a beautiful property with all home & beach amenities. It was perfect for our family of 9. Butler beach is a short walk over the dunes & access to “private pool” for 10 homes good too though unheated. The family also enjoyed both the pool & ping pong tables. Definitely would chose again.

The house is beautiful. It exceeded my expectations. There were so many items readily available if we needed it. We had the pool to ourselves which was wonderful and not to far from there was the beach. It's only a 15 minute drive to St. George street. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great Family Vacation

The property is very nice, clean, comfortable and well equipped for family vacation! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and pool. Our only challenge was unlocking gates to these areas however it didn’t impact our overall experience! We highly recommend this home!

Clean and spacious beach house!

The house was very clean and spacious for our family of 6 with 2 teens and 2 grandparents. The walk to the beach was short and the pool was nice to cool off in after a long day at the beach. The house had everything we needed but could use some additional seating in the living room for watching movies. Definitely recommend!

Worth every penny!

We have viewed this property many times in hopes to book for our yearly beach trip to St. Augustine but it has been unavailable until this year. It is a beautiful home with plenty of room. Convenient to the beach and pool and the home is well stocked and well kept. The owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely be looking to book this vacation rental for our future trips.

Pictures don’t do justice

This property is beautiful!! Pictures don’t do it justice. Extremely close to pool/beach boardwalk. Kitchen is stocked. Beds are comfortable. Lots of beach chairs. We had an amazing week. Suggestion: an extender so the basement bedroom gets wifi.

Just lovely

If I could give 10 stars for this property, I would. The check in process was well explained and communication with Rachel was very timely. The condo is very close to the beach with downtown St Augustine and many activities close by. We had eight family members in the home with ample room. The condo was clean, rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. It is a delightful place to rent and hopefully we will be returning.

Great place and location with a great owner.

We had teens coming and going which was concerning due to the HOA here. Owner was great and very responsive. A/C needed something downstairs but got taken care of quickly. Didn't have use of elevator and some were not happy with this but to me it just meant I get more exercise which I am fine with. Would have been an easy fix but we didn't pursue it. Great set up and adults and kids loved the pool table and ping pong. Would definitely go again!

Best Vacation Experience!

This vacation home has everything you could possibly need. There is an ample supply of beach chairs, beach towels, bathroom linens, extra paper products (TP and paper towels), laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets etc etc! We traveled with 9 family members aging from 4 yrs old to 82. My parents loved being able to drive on the beach. This was particularly helpful for my 82 yr old stepfather with Parkinson’s. On days they didn’t feel like going to the beach, they played cards on the lovely balcony. The house also had a wonderfully stocked cabinet with games. This allowed us to leave technology behind for a while and enjoy quality family time. Our 4 yr old grandson loved trying to learn old school Battleship. The beds and pillows were phenomenal. Easily the best beds I’ve slept on while on vacation. Our host was super responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for a wonderful home to get away with friends or family, this is just perfect. Thanks for having us! We are looking forward to a return visit

Wonderful Family Vacation

Each summer my family takes a summer vacation to St. Augustine Beach. This was our second time staying in this beautiful condo at Villas of Ocean Gate. Our stay was just as wonderful as our first time. The condo was very clean, well supplied, and is large; giving our family of 10 plenty of space on 3 separate levels. The condo had everything we needed for a trip to the beach: beach towels, beach chair, beach toys for the little ones, as well as other beach items. I personally love grilling and there was a gas grill available in the garage, which was perfect on thoes evenings that we stayed in and played games. The condo is located just steps from the pool and the pool leads out on a boardwalk to the beach. Everything is close, which is nice when you have little ones. The grounds also include tennis courts by the front gate. The condo is convenient to several good restaurants, Publix and WinnDixie, and miniture golf. The condo host, Rachael, was very nice. She had everything in order and well prepared for our visit. We had a wonderful vacation and greatly enjoyed our second year at Villas of Ocean Gate! If you are looking for a nice vacation location, I would highly recommend this condo!

Plenty of room to S P R E A D out!

We stayed in this lovely home for a week. With 3 full floors of bedrooms and comfortable sitting rooms, we never felt crowded and cramped. There is a view of the ocean over the rooftops of the nearby condos. The beds were so comfortable! The bathrooms were large and accommodating. The large panty in the kitchen was a welcome plus for us to load up with our cereals, peanut butter, snacks, etc. The 2 balconies were a very lovely place to sit to talk, eat, play cards, etc. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the beach access, pool, and tennis courts. One of the drawbacks were the many flights of stairs to navigate to access all 3 floors. We are very fit and healthy but still, carry groceries, children, or forgetting an item on another floor kept us huffing an puffing. ;) The stairs are a beautiful marble and 2 flights between each floor, and we are thankful that none of the children took a spill, nor did any of the adults, but this might be a concern for some.We were a bit surprised that a home of this quality did not have shampoo or conditioner in the 4 bathrooms, and provided the absolute poorest quality bathroom tissue that any of us had ever seen. No big deal, we bought shampoo for each bathroom and also some toilet tissue. Along the same lines, the gorgeous high end kitchen did not have any paper towels, and not a necessity, but we have never stayed in a rental that did not have a bit of plastic wrap, foil, baggies, or plastic containers to store food. But there were spices!

Overall good......

We stayed the week after Easter and the first part of the week the weather was awful, so we spent a lot of time on the property. Overall, we had a good time. Good: Property was pretty quiet and very nice overall. Location to the beach and pool is convenient despite the numerous doors to get through. Not a far drive to St Augustine. Bad: Online location of the property is not accurate, and it is not in walking distance to any food. I think this somewhat misrepresented where this condo was in relation to food. This made us have to drive or get delivery most days. Gate at the condo was a pain. Worked half the time. Elevator in the Condo did not work so dragging a bunch of things up to the second and third floor was a lot of work. Bikes in the garage were locked up with no code written anywhere. Some things could be updated in the bathrooms. More ability in the bedrooms to plug in phones on the nightstands would be helpful.

It was a wonderful vacation to St. Augustine, the condo and the beach...

The condo was spacious, so much so that I've used the word 'palacial'. The positives far out weighed the things needing attention. The 2nd floor dining, living and play space was conducive to our whole family of five adults and two children. It would easily have accomdated 2-3 times the number of people. All appliances worked smoothly, though you do need pay close attention to the rules on the elevator. All the bathrooms were friendly and accomodating except the 3rd floor jucuzzi/tub: the handle needs repair. The water pressure could be better. The activities things are plenty, though somewhat a mixed bag. The pool and ping-pong tables were pleasant surprises, i.e., never before at a property we've rented. The beach chairs are all old and some rusty. Almost all the bike tires needed air but we couldn't find a pump. Yes, the pool property was convenient but needed some attention, i.e., the umbrella separate from the table was broken and the by the 2nd day we were there, it was removed -- but not replaced. The 3rd floor ocean views were spectacular. We felt comfortable and safe in condo. The only other fis needed is to the 1st floor bed which squeaks with even slight moves when two people are on it -- literally, it squeaks when one rolls over, etc. In the end, we would recommend the condo to anyone who asks. In fact, another owner did ask me about our stay and was going to reach out to the owner about renting for a large family gathering.

A wonderful summer vacation in a beautiful condo!

A very beautiful and lovely condo! Our family took a one week vacation at this beautiful condo and had one of our best vacations ever. The condo was very clean, well supplied, and is large; giving our family plenty of space. It is on three separate levels and all three levels are serviced by an elevator. The condo is located. Just steps from the pool and the pool leads out on a boardwalk through the dunes to the beach. The pool is secluded and the entire time we were there we only saw a couple other people in the pool. The grounds are very nicely arranged with tennis courts being by the front gate. Rachel, the condo host, was very helpful and quick to respond. She communicated with us throughout the the entire process. We hated to see our vacation come to an end, but we're looking forward to returning back to this beautiful condo next year!

Fantastic accommodations for our family!

My husband and I took my son and his three kids, ages 6, 9, and 11, and another granddaughter, 17, for their summer vacation. We were really impressed with the amenities. It was like we stepped into our own home. We had access to beach toys and accessories, board games, kitchen supplies, laundry access, you name it. The master bedroom was great. I was able to connect my laptop at the desk and enjoy the ocean view while working. The kids enjoyed the community pool as much as the beach. Access to the beach was a short walk along the boardwalk. The beach was never crowded and the umbrella and chairs provided made it easy to sit back and enjoy the breeze. Everyone enjoyed being able to have their own space to chill when needed as well. I’ve already been looking at this rental’s availability for a future visit. A wonderful time was had by all!

Girlfriend's visit

The home was perfect for the six of us! Three levels of living space allowed us our privacy as needed .Bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk from the house. Great local restaurants near by and very easy to go to Publix for groceries.House was well stocked with beach chairs towels etc and a washer dryer on the bottom floor ready for our daily beach towels! Incredible week and Incredible home! Would definitely come back..

Perfect Place for our Family

Three adult couples: wife, brother in law, sister in law and spouses. We each had a different floor which made it nice for having quiet time and privacy when we wanted it. Well equipped, very clean, and in a quiet area of At Augustine Beach with private beach access and very secure. The place exceeded our expectations.

Great option for family vacation!

Tons of room to spread out for quiet time or gather family time and games together. Kitchen well stocked and Rachel was available and attentive, if needed. Close to the beach, grocery, St. Augustine, and local restaurants. Would recommend and stay again if back in the area.
