From the start, EVERYTHING about this property was perfect for our stay in NPR. The decor grabbed our attention followed by our communication with the hosts. Maria replied quickly and answered all our questions. Check-in was easy peasy and we'd soon see that the photos and description were just a shadow of the real thing. Every surface immaculately spotless and the hosts saw to every detail--luxurious towels, bedding & toiletries were meticulously appointed throughout. The MCM decor suits the house perfectly and gives the house a fun vibe from the moment we set foot inside. We can't wait to return and stay here again!

This home was pristine and well taken care of. I was instantly comfortable here like it was my own. Jim and Maria were great even though I had zero issues. Book it ! You will not regret it.

Great location near old downtown New Port Richey in a quiet neighborhood. The house is a beautifully restored house, exactly as advertised. Well appointed with everything you might need and wonderfully decorated. Kudos!

My wife and I absolutely loved this home. Everything is fresh and clean. We were so comfortable here and and the neighborhood was nice. The hosts checked in regularily and made sure we were happy.

Attention to Details

To say that this Vrbo was exactly like the picture is an understatement because of the attention to the details that Jim and Maria have taken. It was so lovely with a warm greeting of snacks and beautiful card. We were 3 adults and the 2 bathrooms were perfect in order not to crowd each other. I only wish that we were staying longer because the backyard was beautiful to sit and relax in. Maria was very prompt in responding to our text .The home is so beautiful and we will definitely be coming back to stay there again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We chose this neighborhood for its proximity to recreational water activities, gulf access and historic downtown attractions including shops, restaurants and breweries. The Hacienda and its Pink Hotel history from the 1920s has restored the New Port Richey to its original glory.
