Playful and lively, this special place is easy to consider your home away from home! Newly renovated!

Family-friendly quiet area 15 Minutes from Downtown Wilmington with access to all that our incredible city has to offer... Dining, shopping, and entertainment. 18 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, 12 minutes to Carolina Beach, and 20 minutes to the ILM Airport.

Large, fully fenced-in, backyard. Grill, outdoor seating, outdoor games, Full Kitchen, spacious area, and Fun Frenchie-themed Rooms!

Pups are allowed by request only and with a $75 pet fee.

The space:

4 Spacious Rooms each with 55" TVs, Premium Netflix, & closets, 2 Full Bathrooms, Full Kitchen, Coffee Cart featuring Nespresso Machine, Air fryer, and Toaster, Cooking needs, Dining Room, Living Room area with 70" TV and Premium Netflix on all TVs included.

Laundry room, a room with dedicated workspace , Fenced-in Backyard with Patio Set, Cornhole, and a BBQ Grill.

Cute and Clean

Dont judge a book by its cover. This frenchie themed, 4 bedroom, open floor plan home is perfect for a family of all ages. Close to restaurants and shops, but most importantly, the beach! Definitely stay at The Frenchie House NC!

Weekend trip

This property was perfect for a quick weekend trip with my family and friends. Location was great for the beach and downtown Wilmington. House was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent Property

Came in town to visit family for the weekend and The Frenchie was an excellent choice! The place is very clean, has 4 bed rooms with large beds, a great seating area for gathering and a HUGE backyard (which was great for our pup, pet friendly rental)! Highly recommend The Frenchie!

Stunningly Perfect

Awesome and easy to deal with. Home was in amazing shape. Cleanliness of this home was TIP TOP! My friends and I have now found a new “home” for when we come down twice a year to fish. If you haven’t stayed here, YOU are missing out on an absolutely amazing home!

We love Wilmington and our property ended up being only 15 minutes from major attractions as well as in a safe, quiet area with great neighbors. Recently renovated, we then designed it with our love for our French Bulldog, Asher, in mind!
