Each of the 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen) is furnished with Zinus Green Tea infused memory foam mattresses for your comfort. You will feel yourself slowly sinking into the bed, with plenty of support for a good restful sleep.
The optimal number of guests is 6, and we have a sleeper sofa in the game room that sleeps 2 additional guests for a total of 8. Bedding for the sleeper sofa is in the laundry area of the game room. Oh yeah, we have a full size washer and dryer for your stay, with an initial soap pod for your first wash.

Inside the gourmet kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, plates, and a spice rack for you to cook yourself dinner from scratch or just pretend like you’re going to and enjoy the wonderful local restaurants nearby. Although the city water is perfect for drinking, we will have a Britta water filter in the fridge ready to go for you.
Please NOTE, there is NO ice maker in the freezer, so bring your cooler for ice, or make ice with the trays provided.

The living room is furnished with a nice 65” flat-screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! : An iron/ironing board, blow dryer, towels, couple rolls of TP and more. For longer stays you will likely need more supplies. Harris Teeter and Public’s Grocery stores only 1 mile away. There is a microwave in the game room and a hot air popcorn popper for your use.

For the kids there is a basketball hoop and ball to practice their shooting skills and get them off the Galaga video game system that they will want to play constantly! There are some board games in the cabinet near the Microwave as well. Bring an HDMI cable and you can connect to the 50" smart TV in the game room for some XBOX action.

In the backyard we have an awesome gas firepit and dimmable string lights for evening relaxation.

You will have access to the entire property EXCEPT for the locked hallway closet, and the outside Sheds.
