Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this newly fully renovated one bedroom, one bathroom condo located within the luxurious oceanfront Villa Capriani resort. Relax in luxury with all this resort-style community has to offer, while at the same time have all the comforts of home. This luxurious community like no other on the island features three outstanding pools: (a large ocean front pool, two smaller pools, one with a waterfall and a separate kid's pool). The complex also features wireless internet throughout the property, hot tubs, tennis courts and direct beach access. Walk miles of beautiful beach and only a few steps from the pier. The resort restaurant, Splash by the Sea (https://www.splashbythesea.com/) is a wonderful onsite bonus. (They are also Wedding friendly).
As you enter the front door, you are greeted by sunshine streaming in from the large patio door. All the comforts of home are available in the fully stocked kitchen, perfect for enjoying a casual meal at the bar or gathering in the dining area.
The living room boasts a large flat screen TV and stunning views of the ocean. Additional sleeping is available on the pull out queen sleeper sofa. Walk out onto the balcony, take a seat and loose yourself in the views of the ocean, pools and lush courtyards.

Condo was clean, bright, nicely decorated and well appointed. Host was very responsive. Villa Capriani is a very beautiful property, right on the beach, multiple pools, hot tub, and restaurant / bar on site. IMO, not a vaction spot if you have kids /teenagers (they would be bored), but an amazing place for an adult vacation, very quiet and relaxing.

This was our fifth stay in this same condo which should say it all. Condo is clean, convenient and provides all you need for an enjoyable stay. This time there have been some remodeling (new kitchen cabinets, shower etc) which were nice.

Newly decorated condo with fresh paint. comfortable living room and a kitchen with nice cooking equipment. queen Bed is very firm and furniture looked new and clean Huge televisions. Great ice maker. Air conditioner worked very well. Pools are large and clean. Short walk to a nice beach. Sheets and towels had to be an extra order/payment but that seems to be standard in all condos in the area.

This is our second time staying at this exact condo and our experience was great! The check-in check-out process is easy and the condo was very clean. The host Ron is very easy to communicate with things. We didn’t have a parking pass upon arrival and within the hour Ron had the front desk have a new one ready for us. You have a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool.

Perfect couples vacation

Our stay was absolutely perfecf! The property itself was beautiful and the beach was easily accessible. Ron’s condo was exactly as pictured and super clean. He was also very easy to get in touch with! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice Get Away

Condo was very nice, clean with a great view. Access to the beach from this condo was not the easiest with no options. But workable. Street traffic was bit loud with bedroom on the front street. Would have liked a small TV in the bedroom to catch the news. Overall, would stay again!

This resort style property is like no other on Topsail island. The fabulous pools, hot tubs and beach access are truly amazing. Sit on our patio and enjoy drinking your morning coffee, or afternoon cocktail overlooking the courtyard, pools and ocean. We are only a few minutes from Camp Lejeune. Perfect for parents visiting their Marines.

If you don't want to cook in our beautiful kitchen, or grill at the community charcoal grills, the onsite restaurant (Splash by the Sea ) offers excellent food, cocktails and views.
