On the shores of Panama City Beach sits Nautical Watch Gulf Side Villas; a condominium that not only gets you away from it all, but gets away from the standard high rise condo, as well!

This one bedroom condo makes you feel like you have a house on the beach. It`s perfect for families who want to be close enough to everything, but far enough to be able to enjoy the peace and serenity the Emerald Coast can deliver...beach and quiet.

The center of Nautical Watch has a beautifully landscaped pool area (heated pool) complete with outdoor grills, chairs for achieving the perfect tan and tables for a shaded picnic. In addition, Nautical Watch is located on the east end of Panama City Beach, providing an ideal location for quick trips to St. Andrews State Park, Panama City Dive Center and the famous seafood restaurant, Capt. Andersons.

Great place to stay!!! Being right at the pool was amazing for us! The bed was not comfy but we powered through that. That was my only complaint!Would stay again.

Weekend Get away

Property was as described, rooms were clean when arrived. Bed was comfortable but if you enjoy a fan plan to bring your own because there isnt a ceiling fan in the Bedroom. Would definitely book this property again.

4 Star Good Stay

Love the location. Bottom floor definitely has it perks. The site list that the complex has a gym, elevator and garage. All which should be updated since Nautical Watch has none of those. This would be deceiving for possibly someone that might need any or some of those amenities. The shower curtain liner is very short or the rod needs to be dropped down so the bathroom won't flood. The master bed is VERY firm. If you aren't used to sleeping on a mattress that firm - it is hard to sleep on. We had to buy foam since we were there for multiple nights. We enjoyed our stay overall and hope to be back. The washer is deep for a condo washer. Great size for washing towels!

My condo was very clean and comfortable. I have stayed at this resort in the past in a couple of different units. I have never been dissapointed. The Management team, house keepers are always available and checking in on your stay!! THANK YOU!

Beautiful Condo By the Pool

My unit was clean and beautifully decorated. I had a spacious poolside patio, and the beach access was just across the parking area. The stacked washer/dryer unit was HUGE - regular residential super capacity. So many nice touches throughout the unit!

Excellent location. The only I had was the listing said there was a sofa bed and there was not one or we couldn't figure it out. Guest ended up just sleeping on the couch. If it's not a sofa bed you might change that information on the listing.

toilet needs update and the fuecet and shower handle needed to be cleaned from lil black mold but over all it was really nice cable tv was terrible in the 1 bedroom but internet for smart tv in living room i used my account with sling so it was nice, Pool was nice with accomidations grills need to be redone there about lifespan is over

Cozy Condo

We always enjoy staying at Nautical Watch condos. This one has been updated in most areas except the bathroom and bedroom. The bed is uncomfortable. I think the mattress needs replacing and the blind on the bedroom window fixed or replaced because people can see in if they choose and it lets light in. The bathroom is dated but clean so that is good. We would stay again if we knew the bed and window were taken care of. Overall a good stay.

Nice pool area

We were not informed about the window replacements that were going on during our stay. It was very loud and disturbing around the pool! Also some of the owners had a cookout and had all the tables covered. But we sat by the pool anyway and got several evil looks and None of them even waved or spoke to us!

Great location but needs some work.

This condo is decent. The bathroom was my only issue. It needs some serious updating. The old and worn down look kind of grossed me out. Plus the bath mats were dirty and didn’t look like they were cleaned between guest. However, the kitchen and living room were very nice and updated. Great location by the pool with a sliding door for direct pool access. The bedroom is a nice size but it definitely needs updating as well. Overall, this condo worked for the time we were there but next time I will for something with a better bathroom.

Nautical Watch, a good place to stay

This was great, just a few comments. 1. The sleeper sofa needs some work. The main bar that is under the back of the couch when opened is bent. This causes a bad hump on the left side when facing the couch. It also creates a low spot on the right side. There appears to be a spring missing on the right corner again helping to cause the low spot. The sleeper sofa is NOT comfortable to sleep on. 2. There are no towel hooks or bars other than the one above the toilet. At least one bar could be on the wall across from the toilet and maybe a double hook on the back of the bathroom door. 3. No oven mit or oven pad to use when taking a hot pna out of the oven. If that's not provided it should be stated in the description or the what to bring list. 4. The sliding glass door is very stiff to open. Once you get it started 6 to 8 inches it slides ok. But opening or closing the 6 to 8 inches to the latch is very tough. My wife and daughter could not fully close or begin to open the sliding door. Other than that, everything was good. We would stay here again in the future if it were available. We loved the St Andrews State Park and the beach.

Quaint and cozy

I wasn't looking for luxury or bling. This place was just what I was looking for. Great location and convenient. Safe, comfortable, reasonable, and easy to navigate check-in and check-out as well as awesome access and security to the beach. Would definitely go back!
