Nestled on just over 15 acres in scenic Lewes, Delaware, the Residences at Rehoboth Bay offers the ideal location to enjoy all the amenities of the surrounding beaches while giving you the feeling of being a world away. Located on route 24 on Love Creek with a crabbing dock and boat slips for all your water fun activities. Bring your own kayak or rent locally with delivery options available.

Bask in the glory of the morning from your private balcony with water view. Enjoy the ease of keyless entry at every door & gate. Relax in the community pool just steps away from your condo, with chairs in the water and cold drinks in your hands!!! Grill out by the pool with built in charcoal grills and all the utensils you'll need provided! This is a brand new community that is just minutes from the beaches, decadent restaurants and outlet shopping.

INSIDE YOUR CONDO: Enjoy the beautiful 1,300sf+ open layout concept, 2 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom, Hardwood floors throughout, Large sliding glass door with large windows, custom windows treatments and a ton of natural light.

KITCHEN: Granite counter topped, fully equipped with brand new appliances; dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, gas range, gas oven, microwave & even a Keurig machine.

LIVING ROOM: Smart TV with wifi. modern sofa and chairs. TV console cabinet with fireplace. Remote controlled Bluetooth ceiling fan with speaker for ultimate entertainment.

MASTER BEDROOM: Very large room with two queen beds, two night stands, TV, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, full size mirror and large two-sink bathroom with granite topped vanity.

SECOND BEDROOM: Two bunk beds with 4-twin beds, perfect for gown ups and children alike, full closet, and ceiling fan.

SECOND BATHROOM: Single sink, granite topped with full size soaking tub and shower.

THE BALCONY: Million Dollar View of beautiful LOVE CREEK, vintage wicker seating for 2 with an accent table for your coffee or mixed drink with easy access from both bedrooms & living room.

Long Weekend Getaway

Nice clean condo with wonderful gated community. Easy access to Lewes and Rehoboth. Stayed for a long weekend with my family of 4. Would definitely recommend for those who don’t like being in the mess of things.

Everything was clean, organized and welcoming. The community is very family friendly and quite. We did have children that were noisy but no one seemed bothered about them. We definitely recommend this property for families with children.

Everything was fine. The only issue we had was having to reset the central air but it was resolved after a few hours of contacting the owner. Would return!

Nice clean and new condo

Was as pictured and clean. Just a short drive to beaches and boardwalk. Check in was seamless. Nice view from balcony of the inlet. A couple things I would suggest is more seating for if you have more then a couple people hard to eat and relax in the living area. Other than that was a nice vacation for us. Thanks again!

Nice but not supported

Our TV in bedroom had no remote control, so we could not watch while going to bed. We did not get a key card to allow us to get into our building easier and let us get into pool area.. Luckily we found a worker and he let us into the pool area, if not we would have missed out on swimming and we have a 6 year old daughter. We emailed the property manager and never got a reply. We used the oven to make pizza and smoke detector alarm system went off. At this point I don't think we would stay here again since problems arise and no one to help us correct

Nice getaway

Property was new and up to date. All pictures listed were accurate. Place was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The place listed that it came stocked with laundry detergent which wasn’t there upon arrival nor toilet paper except for what was on the roll. There was no hair dryer although it’s listed there is one included. There is no iron which I thought to be pretty strange so we ended up going and buying one ourselves. The comforters were not cleaned and had dirty stuff on them so we had to go out and buy detergent to clean them before sleeping with them. The grounds itself were kept clean. It’s a bit of a drive from the “beach life” especially with traffic. Overall, place is nice if you don’t mind driving and be away from the hustle and bustle.
