Celebrated our daughter's birthday here 11 people stayed comfortably. Tastefully decorated. Squeaky clean. Close enough to walk to Broadway or a short Uber ride. Would most definitely stay here again!

Trendy Little Condo!

This place was perfect for our trip to Nashville. It had plenty of space and has everything we needed! The fun colors fit the vibe of our trip. Downtown is not too far and you can definitely walk it! Would stay here again.

AMAZING

This place was great for a weekend stay at Nashville! We had a group of 12 people and the location was great, not a bad walk and if we needed to Uber the prices were cheap as well, around $10. Overall amazing experience I would 100% stay here again!

40th birthday Girls Trip

Love the property it was in a good location, especially for the price. We were told it was a little sketchy at night, but honestly didn’t feel that way. We walked to Broadway during the day and it was a cheap Uber back home but a couple of the nights we actually walked. It was perfect for a group of nine girls

Beautiful and Comfortable

Fabulous girls weekend in Nashville. The property was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive. 25 minute walk to Broadway or a short Uber ride. I would stay there again!

Great place

We were celebrating a 50th bday. There were 12 adults. The home was in a good location for walking to Broadway! We felt safe walking home late at night. The home was clean and had ample amounts of amenities for the 12 of us. We would definitely stay again!

Home away from home!

Love this place it was exactly how it was advertised, beautiful home, no problems and if I had a problem, just call Joe and he took care of it right away. Close to downtown. Some of us walked downtown even kids walked downtown. Or was close to everything. Had a great time and yes, I would recommend this place. I would stay here again thanks!!!Annette.

Best VRBO in Nashville!

What a cute place to stay. Everything was immaculate and this property is a short 10-12 minute walk from the main entertainment area and bars. I especially want to thank Joe from Seek Stays for helping me coordinate everything for my wife's birthday. He picked up my cake and charcuterie board prior to our arrival and he allowed for me to send him a box of birthday decor. He delivered it to the VRBO and it was waiting in the fridge when I got there. Thanks so much for making our stay so pleasant.

Beautiful property, wonderful host

We celebrated a bachelorette last weekend, everyone was blown away by how lovely the suite was. I was worried about the size of the space (we had 11 girls) but we were able to make it work. We even had an issue with the fire alarm batteries dying resulting in a chirping sound, Joe responded immediately was at the property with 15 minutes to resolve the issue (and this was after 9pm on a Friday). I couldn’t recommend this host and property more for anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville!

Amazing Place to Stay!

Amazing place - spotless inside, cool decor, comfortable beds, nice sheets and bedding, and location was ideal. Short Uber rides all over town including Broadway. Tons of small amenities and touches that show how detailed this place is and Joe is a great host. Very communicative and would stay again!!
