Venez profiter de la beauté de la côte nord de Kauai depuis cet incroyable appartement idéalement situé, au cœur du complexe touristique immaculé de Princeville.

Les plages, les sentiers de randonnée, les cascades, les parcours de golf ainsi que les villes historiques de Kilauea et Hanalei, avec leurs boutiques et leurs restaurants, se trouvent tous à moins de 15 minutes de l’appartement. Bon nombre de plages et de commerces sont situés directement dans les limites de Princeville même et sont accessibles par des sentiers piétonniers et/ou de courtes randonnées.

L'appartement dispose d'un lit Cal-King extrêmement confortable, idéal pour vous reposer après vos journées bien remplies à Kauai. Le salon est équipé d'un canapé confortable pouvant se transformer en canapé-lit queen size, ainsi que d'une grande Smart TV à écran plat. La cuisine est entièrement équipée de tout le nécessaire pour préparer de délicieux repas faits maison après une journée à la plage. Savourez votre café du matin sur la lanai, avec vue sur le parcours de golf de Princeville et le sentier naturel menant à la plage d’Anini.

Il y a de nombreuses activités à découvrir autour de la station balnéaire de Princeville. Les plages accessibles à pied depuis l’appartement sont Anini Beach, Hide Aways Beach, Turtle Cove, Queens Bath et Hanalei Bay. La plupart de ces plages sont accessibles par de petites randonnées, ce qui leur permet de rester à l'écart des sentiers battus. Vous trouverez des boutiques et des restaurants au centre commercial de Princeville, ainsi que dans les hôtels (Hanalei Bay Resort, Westin, Princeville 1) situés dans les limites de Princeville.
La ville et la baie de Hanalei se trouvent à moins de 10 minutes au nord de la résidence, tandis que la ville historique de Kilauea et le phare de Kilauea sont situés à moins de 10 minutes au sud de la résidence.

A very nice place to stay in a very beautiful area of Kauai. We came a few days early, and then moved on to our timeshare near Lihue.

Very nice place, and Princeville is lovely! When planning for meals note that while there is technically everything you need to cook, it is not a full kitchen with an oven or stove. The host was great, quick to respond, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The condo is in a great condo development just a couple of miles to drive past lush greenery to beautiful Hanalei Bay. There is a supermarket and hardware store and several restaurants and tourist shops to browse, plus a library, park, and a bank just a short hop away. The pool is very nice and there is a gas bbq for your use.

Worked out great for the four of us but the other review about the bathroom lighting was correct. It’s kind of dark in there if you’re putting on makeup. There is a washer, but no dryer. There were only two beach towels & host was unresponsive so we shared the two towels for the week. Post is misleading as far as there’s no ocean or golf course view but they are close & the place is in a good location. You can walk to the beach if you wanted but it’s kind of far. Overall happy with our trip but not completely happy with listing.

We would stay here again. Excellent location and homeowners made sure we had everything we needed! Would stay here again. It was perfect for my husband and I. Very roomy and clean! Loved the location, short walk to Anini beach and surrounded by several places to eat etc.

Where do I start.No Ocean View, NO Washer and Dryer, No OvenAll which were list in the listing.Then on top of it bathroom sick didn’t drain, large hole on the deck, not but 2 wash clothes for a week stay, three sets of towels which one set was put away damp so they smelt and the place was not that clean. Host said house keeping would bring us more towels but they never did so we bought our own. As we were packing our suit cases to leave 2 cockroaches crawled across our bags. YUK YUK YUK!!!!! Wish I had read previous reviews as some of our problems were listed in other reviews.

Kauai Stay

Nice property. Enjoyed the location along the golf course. We were a little disappointed at the lack of a washer and dryer as it was listed as an amenity that was available, but ultimately was not. Other than that, Ryan and Brooke were great, very easy to get in contact with, and responded to questions very quickly!

We vacated the unit after about an hour. It looked dirty and the safety of the deck was questionable. We found dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom. The couch, carpet and rugs looked very worn and dirty. The deck has a big hole in it. We talked with Ryan a couple times upon our arrival about our concerns and disappointment and told him we were not staying. He offered to refund at least our cleaning fee but it’s been 5 days and we still have not seen it. He also said he was going to call us after his cleaning crew came out to take pictures but we have not heard back from him. He is not responding to our texts or messages. We ended up staying at the Kauai Coast at Beach Boy which was wonderful, clean and super accommodating at the last minute.

The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. Normally not a big deal but this was just a solo golf trip and I could have really used the relax time at night. The space was used for storage of extra cleaning supplies and the air conditional only worked after I cleaned the filter and emptied the condensate tank. Mostly, probably, unique issues but I just wish a little more attention was paid to making my stay better.

Brooke and I have been hosting our properties for 5 years and just moved over to VRBO as well. We look forward to getting to know this community as well and providing you all with the best service and care. We take our jobs as hosts very seriously. We understand that many who visit Kauai it is a once in a lifetime experience. Whether it is a honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, wedding, bucket list or just an amazing vacation we are here to serve you to the best of our capabilities and make sure you have a comfortable, clean, relaxing, and enjoyable place to stay. We provide many extra amenities like bogie boards and snorkeling gear so you all can get right to the beach and start enjoying yourselves. We live about 5 minutes from the property in Princeville and are always on call if you need us for anything or just need a recommendation.
We are avid hikers and outdoor folk. Most of the time you can either find us up in the trails or hanging at the beach with our two beautiful girls.

We purchased our first Condo in Princeville as our family home when we first moved to Kauai 6 years ago. We fell in love with the North Shore of Kauai due to its beauty and lushness. The beaches and trails here are like very few other places in the entire world.
We decided to purchase in the beautiful, upscale, Resort and Residential Community of Princeville due to its spectacular living environment for our children. The roughly 2 mile stretch of beautiful Houses, Condos, Hotels, Parks, Golf courses, Mini Hikes, Beaches and Views is hard to beat anywhere in the world. The Community is upkept with the most care and is a magical place to live and visit.

Our Property resides in the heart of the Beautiful Princeville Resort and Residential with walking access to numerous Beaches and Trails, such as, Queen's Bath, Hideaways Beach, Turtle Cove, Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, and Secret Beach. There is also a 2-mile running trail that runs through the community offering amazing views of the Napali Coast, the Beaches down below and the Makai Golf course as well. The Makai Golf Course is world renown and offers a truly amazing golfing experience.
Princeville Community has a premier location on the North Shore. Princeville shops are within walking distance from the condo and boast an array of shops, food establishments and a grocery store. Princeville is also Located 10 minutes from Kilauea heading back east with is an amazing town and the iconic Kilauea Lighthouse, as well as some amazing beaches, shops, and restaurants. If you travel further north you are only 10 minutes from the historic Hanalei Town and Bay. The town also boasts an array of shops and eateries, but the bay is truly magnificent. Whether you want to surf, sunbath, run, swim, bogie board, or just cruise the pier Hanalei bay has it all and all with one of the most scenic backdrops around. You are ringed by spectacular mountain views and the edges of the Napali Coast. Sunset on the bay should not be missed and one of our favorite past times is bonfires along the bay. A magical experience for any couple or family visiting the island.
The condo is also located only a 30minute drive from the Kalalau Trail! The most iconic hike on the island is located in Haena State Park which requires a permit to enter and is beyond worth it. The Kalalau Trail runs along the breadth of the Napali Coast for 11 Awe-inspiring miles. Most people do not hike the entire trail and make stops at Hanakapia Beach and waterfall before returning. A hike and trip well, well worth it.
Being on the North Shore also allows access to numerous other trails, beaches, and gardens!
