Such a cute house. Our stay was amazing! Closw to all activities and great eats. Quite neighborhood. Backyard games my kids loved. Beds were comfortable. Will absolutely be staying again !

We loved it! Easy access to everything in San Marcos. We came for the river, and had great evenings back at the house. The huge backyard and the hot tub were great.

Great labor day weekend trip for family and friends

The house was obviously newly remodeled inside, very clean, bright, and gas grill worked great. Cold A/C. We were comfortable with four adults. Location is near the Blanco River and only a short drive to town. We were visiting friends nearby and it worked out very well.

whenthe hit tub finally got to temp it was fabulous. Yard was perfect for our furry friends. Bedrooms where very adequate for our family and location was quite and relaxing.Note: keep in mind that we will rent this house again if available. But the sofa in the living room has seen better days. Also, it took about 24 hours for the hot tub to warm up. And there is not adequate lighting in the backyard for our furry friends and just basically hanging out back there. Those are minor little details. This house was gorgeous and relaxing and comfortable.

Awesome backyard

Our kids really enjoyed the ping pong table, huge connect 4, swing set and soccer goal in the backyard. Place has been updated very nicely.

Cool House!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s accurately described. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is very nice. It’s nicely decorated and the TV is big! The hot tub was great too. Recommend this house.

Great place

The only issues I had was upon arrival I didn’t realize the campsite grounds wasn’t adjacent to the house. It’s two separate lots, it was still great though. The second thing was that the hot tub takes hours to heat up so it would have been nice to know that in advance. Overall great place it’s near a wal mart and very close to float the river in San Marcos

Lovely place

The house is absolutely charming with a huge backyard and plenty of games to Play left by the owner. The jacuzzi addition is really great. The lot in front of the river is a short walk away from the house but the place is really nice. We enjoyed kayaking and paddling in the river. The kids and dog really enjoyed the stay as well!

A really cute house and awesome river side lot.

I found the home very cute and accommodating. I really appreciate how well equipped the kitchen was. The riverside lot property was a very short walk away and well worth it as it exceeded my expectations.
