Thank you, guests! We hope you and your family are ready for a vacation!

Our cottages are cleaned to the highest standards. We have always provided extremely clean cottages (just read our reviews)

All cottages are ground floor and have individual entrances (no elevators to share).

All cottages have full kitchens and are self-catering.

Our back garden oasis contains two pools and a 170-foot patio with tables and chairs for each cottage. Plenty of room for sunning and enjoying the outdoors.

We have been providing cottages on Clearwater Beach for 20 years. We know what is important to you and we appreciate the opportunity to enhance your vacation stay. Thank you for supporting this small business on Clearwater Beach.

Our 2/1 Banana Breeze vacation rental is part of a Family Friendly 7 Cottage Resort located on the quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel by the Sea Church on the Island of Clearwater Beach. These beautiful homes are landscaped together in a tropical garden, with 2 heated pools, and a patio, all surrounded by palm trees.

This cottage can accommodate a maximum of 5 people, including all children. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, bath, and two bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king bed with cable television, the second bedroom has a queen. All linens are provided. Central air, washer/dryer, tiled floors, ceiling fans and more.

We are a 2-minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Frenchys and Palm Pavilion have live music as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico. We are close to Pier 60, a great place for kids, with a Key West Style Festival every evening.
Additional 2/1 cottage and a 1/1 cottage for larger families or a couple.

For the comfort of all of our guests, no pets are permitted.

Smoking is permitted outside only.

There are six other units for larger parties available for rent as well.

This is the ideal property from which to enjoy everything Clearwater Beach has to offer. The accommodations were clean, updated and had everything we needed for our 10 night stay. The property is a 5 minute walk from the beach and an array of top notch restaurants, stores and activities. The host provided timely responses to questions and provided a binder of extremely helpful information about nearby restaurants, activities, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future for our annual Clearwater Beach vacation.

Great location, walk to beach and clubs…good time. Rental was beach decorated, had plenty of towels and the pool was very private, great place to stay 😎

Great Stay Even During a Tropical Storm

Perfect location. Beautiful pool area and the lanai was amazing to sit and grill on during the rainy tropical storm. We will be back!

Location is perfect for beach access and the pool was amazing. Loved how you could literally walk to the beach from the cottage. Thank you James for checking in with family to make sure all was good.

Very nice.

Property was as expected. Very clean, newly redone. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet. Great pool and beautiful landscaping.

Sweet Simple Cottage

This cottage is wonderfully located on Clearwater Beach. Near restaurants and shopping. There is a wonderful state park near by. The grounds are nicely landscaped, very quiet and an easy place to sit and read.

Clearwater Gem-Banana Breeze

Check in was very easy. The unit was updated from the pictures on the listing. Kitchen has all the amenities needed for your stay. Quiet neighborhood two blocks away from fine dining and casual dining , beach and shops.
