Also just an easy stroll to all the hot spots in town: Pop & Dutch, Joe Coffee, Spiritus Pizza, Local 186, Shipwreck and Porch bar, and the list goes on.

There is a small beach just down the road. Beach towels and umbrella included for your convenience. The many unique shops and restaurants of Commercial St. are also just steps from your front door - this is an incredible location that makes it very easy to explore Provincetown on foot/by bike. Easy walk to Macmillan Pier for anyone coming by ferry from Boston. Nightlife, shopping and sightseeing all within easy reach. Rental includes off-street parking for 1 car, and low-impact dogs are welcome! 

This beautiful historic home features antique hardwood floors, recessed lighting and water and lighthouse views from two of the upstairs bedrooms. All 4 bedrooms have new queen mattresses and window AC units. Main level bedroom also offers a ceiling fan. 

The open living/dining area on the main level is bathed in warm natural light throughout the day and features a large sectional sofa, dining for 8, and well-equipped kitchen. There is also an extra kitchenette area with mini fridge, microwave and stacked washer/dryer for your laundry needs. One full bathroom on this level with tiled tub/shower combo, and a second full bathroom with walk-in shower on the upper level. This home was built in the 1800s & like many older homes from that era, the stairs going up to the 2nd floor are very narrow & steep. 

Outside, the yard has a large lawn and mature plantings. Enjoy dinners outside on the covered patio with outdoor dining and gas grill. Nice quiet location on a side street with little thru-traffic. You are only 2 miles from Herring Cove Beach and the scenic Provincelands bike trail. Bring or rent bikes for the week and explore all that this gorgeous area has to offer. The Breakwater is a 0.8 mile/4 minute bike ride down the road for beautiful sunsets and stunning Race Point is a short 10 minute drive. 

There is an adjacent studio cottage which is homeowner space & may occasionally be occupied during your stay. The patio space is shared between the two units if the cottage is occupied. The homeowner is very approachable & wants guests to fully utilize the shared space areas.

Barking while unattended or while attended?
Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?
Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of dogs in your group during your stay?
