CE CONDO EST SIMPLEMENT UN DES MEILLEURS DE CE DÉVELOPPEMENT ENTRETIEN METICULÉ

Nous venons de terminer une refonte complĂšte, y compris de nouveaux carreaux de sol italiens 18x18, de nouvelles armoires de cuisine et de salle de bain avec des comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux meubles de style plantation en teck.

Notre maison loin de chez nous est situĂ©e au troisiĂšme Ă©tage et offre une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an depuis la chambre et le salon vĂ©randa. Notre unitĂ© fait Ă©galement face Ă  la belle INTÉRIEUR du complexe et / ou donne sur l'amĂ©nagement paysager tropical bien entretenu et la piscine (par rapport Ă  de nombreuses autres unitĂ©s donnant sur l'extĂ©rieur et / ou la vue sur la montagne / le parking).

Notre condo est situé dans le Kauhale Makai Resort, et est également connu sous le nom de Village by the Sea. Notre adresse est 938 South Kihei Road, # 328, Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, et nous sommes du cÎté de l'océan de Kihei Road. Notre unité peut accueillir confortablement quatre personnes avec un tout nouveau lit king size serta avec des draps luxueux de 600 fils et un futon queen dans le salon.

Notre complexe de condos comprend un hall habité, un service de conciergerie pour la réservation de vos sorties, des ascenseurs, des buanderies payantes à chaque étage, une piscine récemment rénovée ainsi qu'une piscine pour enfants et un jacuzzi, des cheminées à gaz adjacentes à la piscine, un green, un ballon de volley cour et jeu de palets. Nous avons également les plus incroyables courts de tennis du cÎté de l'océan immédiatement à cÎté de notre complexe. Et nous avons Internet haute vitesse à large bande (la vitesse la plus rapide de l'ßle).

Nous sommes à 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Maui - Kahului. Nous sommes à 2 minutes du centre-ville de Kihei avec des épiceries, des restaurants et des magasins en abondance. Nous sommes à moins de 5 minutes des célÚbres plages de Kamaole I, II et III. Et nous sommes à 10 minutes de la belle Wailea et du centre commercial haut de gamme «Shops at Wailea».

Maui est mondialement connue pour ses plages, et vous constaterez que vous pouvez marcher depuis la plage en face de notre unité sans fin le long du littoral.

Nous avons un directeur d'activitĂ©s dans notre hall, qui peut vous aider Ă  rĂ©server des divertissements sans fin, y compris: luaus, visites d'observation des baleines, voile, Ă©quitation, plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e, golf, descente d'un volcan, dĂ©gustation de vin, pĂȘche, jet ski, planche Ă  voile, surf, etc

Great value for the money. Clean & comfortable. The view from the balcony is so beautiful & the central location was perfect for exploring the entire island. Definitely bring your own toiletries and spices as none are provided. We ran out of toilet paper and also wished there was a full length mirror for getting ready. And p.s. watch out for the bed on wheels and rapid toaster-it toasts very dark even on the lowest setting. Wonderful time

The view of the bay is outstanding! We saw whales from the balcony on several occasions. We opened the sliding doors the minute we got there, and didn't close them until we left. Pretty birds joined us on the balcony for breakfast every morning. Temperature was perfect!(The screen doors are a bit cantankerous, but that's typical of screen doors in an ocean environment.)The household has two beach chairs, and a good size cooler for picnics. There is nice artwork throughout the condo. The kitchen is small, but well-equipped for any cooking you want to do. From the condo, It's not easily walkable into town. There is no shoulder or sidewalk on S. Kihei road at that point. There is no direct sunrise or sunset view from the balcony (at least in early January), so you have to get off your keister and walk down to the beautiful lawn if you want to watch the sunset. The TV's are not "smart" (just have basic cable) so if you want to stream Netflix after a day of snorkeling, you'll need to bring a Firestick. There's a very nice barbecue area with Tiki torches that are lit every evening, and several picnic tables. Would have used it but it's a bit daunting to drag all the barbecue accoutrements down there. The pool area is also very nice, and was never crowded the week we were there. The beach is okay. Just a short walk from the condo, not very wide, and a bit rocky, but it's not far if you feel like taking a dip in the ocean. All told, an excellent experience!

early January 2025 visit

This property was well positioned for access to all the restaurants and public beach parks of Kihei without being right by them. It was a good value for the area and great for a couple. This particular unit doesn't face the sunset but there's a large yard and sandy beach on property to view sunset or watch the activity on the cove and beyond.

Happy in Maui!

The view from the property was amazing. We took full adavantage of the kitchen and dinning area for breakfasts and lunches. We had a couple of questions during our stay. Management respond quickly and folloed up to make sure our needs were met. Great stay!!!

The condo was in an beautiful area and some very beautiful views of Maalaea Bay. the room was nice except for the TV’s, they where not very easy to operate and never was able to get the living room tv to work but we where not there to much to use them.

We have owned this unit since 1983 and have remodeled our unit 3 times constantly bringing it up to meet the needs of our clients. We have been very involved in the property and on our six week stays, we make sure that everything meets our standards. We have been with VRBO since 1999, one of the beginning members. It is truly our home away from home.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We bought this property in 1983 because of its beautiful surroundings, great location on the water, close proximity to shopping, elevator, in unit air conditioning and beautiful view of the ocean. At night, the lights of Maalaea Harbor are lit up, and you can see the far away lights of cars coming and going to Lahaina. Whales are constantly seen from the lanai during whale season.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Free whale watching from our lanai. A view of what is happening at the pool and BBQ area. Watching the sail boats stop in front of our complex to let their paying guests swim with the turtles. Watching sail boarders in the afternoon zipping to and fro from our lanai. Wading in and walking through hand made areas where fish reach maturity along our beaches. Letting go of life's complications and just relaxing and enjoying the birds and ocean views. Staying connected with love one's through our high speed wifi.
