This house has 2 full kitchens, 4 bdrm, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, and an outdoor shower. Plenty of room to spread out! A large driveway gives ample space for parking. Two patio areas in the back provides a great outdoor space to relax.

We have a 2020 Suburban available to rent- please inquire.

Located on the edge of town, you'll have the convenience of all the action and the luxury of space. A 10 min walk to shops & restaurants, the Surfside bike path 100 yards away, & world-class beaches surrounding you!

We had four couples staying in this house for the Nantucket Christmas Stroll and it was absolutely perfect!! The property is about a 13 minute walk to town and very centrally located. The beds were so comfortable, there were plenty of towels, it was very clean, and just perfect for us. The owner was very responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend staying here - it had everything we needed and more! Thank you Maddy for sharing your lovely home with us! We would absolutely stay here again!

Best place to stay on the island

I loved this stay! The house was super clean, had everything we needed from the kitchen to the living room. Check in and communication was extremely clear and seamless. The house is in the perfect location and was a very beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back with both friends and family and will stay here again!

Great House in town near bike baths

We loved the location...we could walk to town for dinner and ride bikes to the beach during the day...house was older but in great shape. It is one house split into two separate spaces. Therefore there were two kitchens...which we didn't need but was nice to have. Maddie was very easy to reach and helpful. Living room/space was not very big but it worked for our group...for the price it was a great rental. The available suburban for rent was a great perk. Lots of parking and cute backyard seating areas, house had beach chairs , and beach toys.

We have thought of all needs a guest might have in order to bring you the best guest experience. Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Staying at our home means you don't have to choose between prime town location and having enough space- at our home, you get both! There is ample parking for you to take advantage of, and plenty of space to spread out inside. Being on the edge of town also means that you can avoid the downtown traffic by skirting around the edge of town to get where you want to. AND, you are still close enough where you can walk to Main Street in 10 minutes. It's a win, win!
