Immaculate rental with everything needed for a large group! Close to bike paths and town- perfect location with large gorgeous backyard lot that was private and fun for outdoor games. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive and a pleasure to work with! We would definitely come back- lovely deck with grill for outdoor dining!

Lovely stay, beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay over memorial day weekend... The property was very clean, and beautifully designed. It is a bit further from town and you will need to take Ubers, but fairly easy to get a car to and from the house

Nantucket’s Best Place!

From start to finish, this home was amazing! The owners were so nice and the house was perfect for our family. I highly recommend this home!

Our stay was perfect!!! The house was exactly as pictured and perfectly maintained. Everything was spotless. The location is great! We walked to town (25 minutes) which was easy and refreshing on a nice day. Ubers were also always available and quick. Rebecca was so easy to communicate with and made the process as simple as possible. I would absolutely stay here again! I couldn’t recommend it enough!

We booked this home for a girls' trip while attending a wedding, and it was a wonderful fit for our group. The house was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed, and had everything we needed for our short stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, making it ideal for a larger group.The location was convenient and within walking distance of town, which we appreciated during our stay. The hosts were communicative, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely book this property again the next time we're in Nantucket!

Perfect stay

We had the most lovely stay at Rebecca and Larry's home. The home was in perfect condition when we arrived and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. Our group of 8 had plenty of open space to gather around in the spacious living room and dining area. Rebecca and Larry were extremely responsive with any questions leading up to check-in and during our stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we would love to come back in the future!

Wonderful home close to downtown!

Stayed at this home with my family, 2 adults and 3 kids under the age of 8. Everything is brand new and the house was very spacious. Our kids loved the yard and tree swing. You are a 5-minute car ride to downtown and can even walk in 15-20 minutes. Also, central location to several beach spots. Would highly recommend. The pictures are very accurate.

Lowkey Local is a beautiful, well appointed home. The communication with the owners was wonderful. We received detailed instructions ahead of time and any questions we had were answered quickly. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the beach towels, linens, paper products, cleaning supplies etc. We had such a wonderful stay and can’t wait to book here again in the near future!

Simply STUNNING. We have stayed at dozens of vacation rentals over the years and this just might be the best. The location was perfect and allowed us to skip some downtown traffic on the way to a White Elephant wedding, the brewery, and the ferry. Every detail of the home is curated brilliantly, from the extra comfy living room couch to the outdoor shower and wonderful breakfast area that was perfect for our group of 6. The decor is absolutely gorgeous and could come straight out of a Nantucket living magazine.The perfectly manicured grounds and large deck made for some extra outdoor time as well. We had events lined up throughout the weekend and almost didn’t want to leave the house. It’s that good. Do yourself a favor and spend your next trip here!

perfect location for a wonderful Nantucket trip

Traveling with our family and friends, with teenage children, this was the perfect location to allow the kids some freedom riding their bikes into town and to the beach. Close to town, but with privacy and a wonderful deck, backyard for games. Beautiful, open and spacious house, and the hosts were so responsive and wonderful. Highly recommend this house for any type of group looking for a wonderful Nantucket experience.

Nantucket Perfection

The property was all that we could have asked for. There was plenty of great space, great indoor and outdoor lounge areas, and the proximity was close enough but still a little getaway feeling. It was perfect for our family and felt new and fresh.
