Perfect Location

Just stayed for a wonderful week. Ideal location to walk to the huge pool and the beach. All of the amenities you need in the condo and close to shopping, groceries, fishing, golf, and restaurants. The Owner is very quick to respond, and we had no issues. Would LOVE to stay here again!!We love Giuseppis Pizza, Cowboy's Brazilian Steakhouse, One Hot Mama's, The Sea Shack.

It was perfect. Great little get a way for my hubby and i’s anniversary! Even tho it rained all day Saturday we still enjoyed playing the games that were provided in the condo ! That was definitely a plus ! We were very impressed with coconutz bar and grill. We ate there twice. The wings are the best according to my hubs ! The beach and pool were very convenient! We will be staying here again !

Nice condo with terrific view. The little extras provided by the owners made it even nicer. Communication with owners was prompt and courteous. Will definitely stay here again

Property was just as described. This is our third time staying at hilton head but this property by far was the best! The communication from the owner and the apt was fully stocked with everything we needed. We hope to book the same property next summer

Summer vacation

It was a wonderful vacation. The location was great, the view was really beautiful. The condo was well taken care of and the little things like having beach chairs and towels and a cooler for your guest so we didn’t have to worry about those things was really great. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Good value, excellent view.

Small but cute, could use some updating. No closet space, had to hang clothes on door knobs and pile luggage on the floor (closets were padlocked), just made the space seem even smaller. The bed was so uncomfortable we spent the rest of the trip sleeping on the fold-out sofa. Very few towels (2 bath cloths for 4 night stay). The host had new linens delivered, which was very nice, but still. Very reasonable rate and awesome view from the balcony.

Beachy, small condo

Small condo cutely decorated in all things beach. The queen bed is very comfortable. Could see far more ocean than the picture in the listing showed. Does need some updates, but nothing that will hinder your happiness! I recommend this for 1 or 2 people and parents of young children. Please note that there is no closet for hanging clothes. Access to the beach is easy and the pool is large and kid frindly.

Disgusting

The house smelled Old and musty. The floors had not been cleaned and I don't know how long there was hair and debris all over it. It is infested with roaches they were even in the stove clock. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. We will never stay there again and I do not recommend staying there!

Stay Elsewhere

This condo needs to be gutted. It has not been touched since 1980. When you enter you are greeted by the smell of mildew. Sorry, the ceiling fans left running on high and the two air purifiers cannot mask the smell. If you have any sensitivity to mold and mildew do not stay here. The broken down bed should have been replaced years ago. The bottom line is you get what you pay for. The resort location and amenities are great. It has a decent bar in the convention center, a nice pool and beach side bar, and quick access to the beach. The staff I had contact with were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at the resort again. Just not in the unit I chose.

Folly Field

Condo is clean and well stocked with bath towels as well as beach towels, extra toiletries, sun screen, beach chairs and cooler. All the closets were locked so we didn’t have anywhere to hang clothes with exception of 2 over the door hooks. The bathroom floor needs a fair bit of grout replaced. The beach was a short walk away and the pool is huge. Tara provided detailed instructions prior to arrival and check in was seamless. We would definitely stay again.

The property was as described . Great beach access and conveniently located near many of the island’s attractions. The host was super friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants which we. Thoroughly enjoyed .
