We enjoyed our stay very much. We were able to cook an easy Christmas dinner in the kitchen. The beds were comfy. Our only real complaint were that the stairs were a bear and the couch was difficult to get out of. Laurel was very responsive.

Wonderfully kept property in a highly sought after Austin neighborhood. We were minutes to everything. The space was clean, lovely and quiet. Our host was phenomenal and took extra steps to make sure we had the best stay possible. Would recommend anyone to stay here and will definitely be using them again.

This property is great! The location is very convenient to everything. Laurel makes everything so easy! The townhouse is so cute and nice, and extremely clean! Easy check in. We had a late afternoon flight and she was so accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

This property is perfection! The host of this property is doing the best of any VRBO we have ever stayed in! I always bring a “kit” with me when we stay in a short-term rental filled with stuff that isn’t usually provided by the host and I never even had to open it while we were there. A couple, but not all of highlights were there was Kleenex in almost every room, plenty of hangers in the closets, an iron AND a steamer, plenty of towels, hand towels and washcloths in the bathrooms, hand soap at every sink, air freshener in both bathrooms, vents in both bathrooms, water/ice dispenser on the refrigerator door (and the “change filter” light was not on!), and condiments in the refrigerator! The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and each had 4 pillows, there was even an umbrella on the back deck area. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the location was great for us. We have never been more comfortable in a short-term rental and I have been recommending this place to all my friends who frequent Austin!

The listing was very accurate and met my expectations! The neighborhood was quiet, and close to restaurants etc. Check in and check out were easy. No complaints at all so glad we found this spot for our visit to Austin

Long weekend in Austin

We stayed in this condo while visiting our son who is a student at UT. The condo was easy to get to, clean, and comfy. Great communication with the owner. Perfect size for two adults and two teens.

Amazing

The condo was very nice and cozy in my opinion. The only complaint I may have, would be I didn’t care for the pillows on the bed. But that’s a matter of opinion. Everything was in great shape. The host left a few recommendations and we tried a couple of them. I feel like we were in a great location for everything we needed on our trip.

Weekend Swim Meet

We were in town for a swim meet at the UT pool. This was a great place to stay. Close to the airport and close to the pool. It was just the right size and was a wonderful place to rest and recover during the meet! Highly recommend!!

A bit better than advertised.

Everything was just how it is described in the post. Maybe leaning on the nicer side even. One of the beds is more firm than the other. This will work with some people. For us, we flipped a coin for who was getting the softer bed since that was everyone's preference. Definitely take the host's advice to start the ac to your preferred temperature early. We like it on the colder side and it did take a few hours to get the upstairs at parity with the downstairs temperature. Suggestion: more steak knives (we only found 1). Thank you for the stay!

After living in Zilker for a year, I decided to buy a condo in the South Lamar neighborhood. I love hosting and entertaining and thought Airbnb would be the perfect venture for me! I also love to travel and experience new places. If you have recommendations on wonderful places to visit, don’t hesitate to send my way! I’m a huge animal lover and love spending my time outdoors, with my dog, or trying a new restaurant or coffee shop around ATX! The Town Lake walking trail and South Congress neighborhood are some of my favorite spots but I’ll geek out on helping you have the perfect Austin experience so I’m always happy to provide recommendations!
