Cette belle maison unifamiliale est située dans la ville de Saratoga / Schuylerville (pour tous les fans de Hamilton, du nom de la famille des Sœurs Schuyler pendant leur séjour!), à seulement 10 minutes du centre-ville de Saratoga Springs et du Skidmore College. Trois chambres (maître avec salle de bain attenante), trois salles de bain complètes, foyer au gaz, coin petit-déjeuner, belle cuisine avec îlot, sous-sol fini avec beaucoup plus d'espace et un hammam, et des tonnes d'espaces lumineux et extérieurs (y compris un magnifique porche avant , moustiquaire sous véranda, terrasse arrière et piscine extérieure saisonnière, ainsi qu'une grande pelouse avant). Belle salle de gym jungle en bois. La nature vous entoure, mais vous êtes proche de tout ce que Saratoga Springs a à offrir. Situé au pied des Adirondacks, c'est une base idéale pour les voyages de ski, la randonnée et le camping. C'est un paradis pour les ornithologues !!

A unique and wonderful place to stay! Wonderfully appointed kitchen, many nooks to relax with a book, including a large screen porch which was a real highlight, even with the cooler weather. We would highly recommend this property if visiting the Saratoga area.

We had an amazing time here. Check-in was really easy and the hosts provided a book with all sorts of information about the area. There was a ton of space, including a lovely pool that we spent quite a bit of time in. I would absolutely stay here again.

Good Location for Visiting Saratoga Springs

This house is great for a visit to Saratog Springs and the surrounding area. The home is located in a quiet neighborhod and offers a relaxed setting that includes a great wrap around deck, large pool, great antiques throughout the home and an extensive library.

We stayed in mid-October so we didn't use the pool. The privacy of the pool would be something we would have liked and may try to return in the summer next time. We enjoyed everything about the house. It was clean, comfortable and felt like "home away from home."

The house is located in a very quiet, beautiful residential neighborhood. The host is very responsive. His communication was fantastic and his answers were very prompt and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house surrounded by nature !

The house is welcoming and comfortable. It’s clearly a home, not just a place bought to rent, and the lived-in feel made it very comfortable. It had all the necessary equipment, including a kitchen full of pots, pans, and utensils, and plenty of bath towels.Joshua was very responsive to our questions. We loved how flexible the space was - we chatted on the couches, played board games at the dining table, enjoyed the breeze on the screened in porch, and floated in the pool. We would highly recommend this place.

Joshua's place was a FANTASTIC place to use as a "homebase" for touring the Saratoga Springs area. We were in town to tour historical sites and the close proximity to Saratoga National Battlefield, U.S. Grant's Cottage and even Ft. Ticonderoga (a short hour+ drive through the beautiful countryside) was the best feature. The natural and serene community surrounding the house made you feel a world away from the city yet it was only a short drive to wonderful restaurants, shopping and the race track. We were there 2 weeks before the Belmont race but could already see the preparations and what a site that track is. The house itself was wonderful - the host had all the essentials in the kitchen but who wants to cook on vacation with the restaurant choices??? There was a grill for our use, a great patio and pool area and PLENTY of space inside for the quiet night time gathering to wind down after a day on the go. Finally - the "house book" Joshua put together gives you all instructions clearly so that if you had any questions, you could find the answer very quickly. He also had great suggestions of restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc. so that you're getting info from a local and not google. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in this area.

My family lived in downtown Saratoga Springs for decades, but we recently bought this house just outside town and are loving the rural feel, but still so close to all the great happenings in Saratoga. This is a second home for us, so when you rent it, it is all yours to enjoy. We know you will love it as much as we do!!

It is close to Saratoga but allows for a respite from the busy town life. The natural surroundings and the outdoor areas, along with the beautiful creek down the road, makes this particular neighborhood very unique.

The outdoor spaces, including the beautiful pool and new, large screened in porch are remarkably comfortable. In the Fall and Winter, the space is cozy and comfortable, with a gas fireplace and lots of space to spread out and read, play games, cook, dine and relax.
