This Tri-Level Private Two Bedroom/One Bath apartment/loft. Sleeps up to 5 guests:
1 Queen Size Bed in Bdrm #1 with a privacy screen;
1 large futon (in Liv.Rm) will accommodate two couples on the Main 2nd level, and
1 sofa sleeper in small private Bdrm downstairs). Fully furnished.

Pool area with Salt Water Jacuzzi and Recreation Room may or may not be totally private. Occasionally, but not likely, you may share them with another guest. No Smoking. No children under 12 please. No pets.

Fully Equipped Kitchen. Majority of the living space is on the 2nd story; plus two bonus rooms (1st and 3rd level) - in a green secluded picturesque setting; with an enclosed upstairs Observation Room /Exercise Room (3rd floor), perfectly for meditation and Yoga; and a small private bedroom room downstairs.

This property has no wheelchair accessibility. There is a spiral staircase leading up to the 2nd floor from the private downstairs foyer that can also be used to store a couple of bikes and your other possessions. And, another spiral stairway leading to the Observation Room.

A dock for your boat is available for a nominal fee – subject to the size of the boat.

Only 10 minutes away from the Sarasota Airport (rides to and from the airport are included at no additional cost.)
Gorgeous beaches are only nine to eleven miles away (free beach parking).
Beautiful parks, shopping, and restaurants within walking distance.
World famous museums and botanical gardens nearby.
Famous "Warm Springs" resort (with low daily fees) in Northport is under an hour drive!

Great location, very clean property!

This place is a fun place to stay, and the property is well-maintained. I would say this place is more geared towards the individual or a couple, as it is not the most kid friendly (younger kids). The kitchen and dining area are definitely a plus!

This is a wonderful property. Apartment is very nice and spacious. Spiral staircase would definitely be a problem for some folks. Pool and hot tub are excellent. Very convenient to area attractions and dining. Hosts are very personable, and we would recommend this location to all.

My adult son and i stayed for 5 nights. It's a great location with views of the bay. Spiral staircases are unavoidable, so no access for those with mobility challenges.

Short get away - perfect stay

This property was perfect for a weekend away from the cold and snow. We were looking for warm and sunshine and a view and this property offered a nice place to stay while my family explored Sarasota for the weekend. The owners were friendly and the property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Easy check-in and check-out process. I would recommend.
