This Tri-Level Private Two Bedroom/One Bath apartment/loft. Sleeps up to 5 guests:
1 Queen Size Bed in Bdrm #1 with a privacy screen;
1 large futon (in Liv.Rm) will accommodate two couples on the Main 2nd level, and
1 sofa sleeper in small private Bdrm downstairs). Fully furnished.
Pool area with Salt Water Jacuzzi and Recreation Room may or may not be totally private. Occasionally, but not likely, you may share them with another guest. No Smoking. No children under 12 please. No pets.
Fully Equipped Kitchen. Majority of the living space is on the 2nd story; plus two bonus rooms (1st and 3rd level) - in a green secluded picturesque setting; with an enclosed upstairs Observation Room /Exercise Room (3rd floor), perfectly for meditation and Yoga; and a small private bedroom room downstairs.
This property has no wheelchair accessibility. There is a spiral staircase leading up to the 2nd floor from the private downstairs foyer that can also be used to store a couple of bikes and your other possessions. And, another spiral stairway leading to the Observation Room.
A dock for your boat is available for a nominal fee â subject to the size of the boat.
Only 10 minutes away from the Sarasota Airport (rides to and from the airport are included at no additional cost.)
Gorgeous beaches are only nine to eleven miles away (free beach parking).
Beautiful parks, shopping, and restaurants within walking distance.
World famous museums and botanical gardens nearby.
Famous "Warm Springs" resort (with low daily fees) in Northport is under an hour drive!
