Guest Access:

Guest will have access to entire townhome and all the amenities of the resort!



Two (2) free parking spaces are available directly in front of the townhouse. NOTE: If you do rent our golf cart, one of these spaces will be used for the golf cart.

No parking garages or elevators to deal with!



You will have a unique code assigned at check in for keyless entry to the townhouse. This allows everyone in your party entry without the hassle of keeping up with multiple keys!



You will receive instructions for check in prior to your stay with us.



Our townhome is steps to a nearby pool, one of the 11 pools available to you in the resort! Put-Put golf is also located close. Shuffleboard and 4 tennis courts are on the property and all FREE for your use during your stay. We provide a few putters, golf balls, tennis rackets & balls for your use during your stay.



BEACH FRONT Club house access for guests! Club house includes snack bar and pool ON the beach! Exclusively for Gulf Highlands guests to use. Access is based upon their availability at the time of your visit.



Walking distance to dining, entertainment & shopping, only a 5 min walk from your door to the sand!

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort offers an array of amenities including 11 pools (5 of which are heated seasonally), tennis courts, shuffle board courts, a playground, an 18-hole putt-putt course, a fitness center, and more! Located just across Front Beach Road from the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches, guests have private access to the sandy beach via the Gulf Highlands Beach House Restaurant. The Beach House comprises a beachside pool, full-service restaurant, and private beach access.

- Quiet time is 11pm-7am (Please respect our neighbors as you enjoy your vacation)

- Pools hours are from 8am -11pm

- The pools & all amenities are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. (Hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pools or other provided amenities)

- Maximum permitted occupancy is 6

-Our home can accommodate up to 6 people, but please keep in mind that this includes a queen aize pull-out couch in the Living Room. 

- Assigned parking for 2 cars maximum

-Security camera is located at the front doorbell for your safety. (Tampering with cameras or WiFi will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund)

-Gated community with guard at gate

-We are walking distance to great shopping and restaurants

-NO SMOKING

-Our townhome is professionally cleaned and maintained.



We provide a starter kit for guests that includes 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, 1 roll of Paper Towels, hand soap, dish soap, sponge & a couple of pods (both laundry & dish). If more essential items like these are needed, it is the guests responsibility.
