Welcome to the largest layout available in Panama City Beach`s gated Gulf Highlands Resort! This spacious 4-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults (or up to 10 guests with children) and sits just a short walk from a private stretch of white sand beach. Enjoy resort-style living with 11 pools, mini-golf, tennis, and quick access to top PCB attractions—plus a complimentary 4-seat golf cart included with your stay to cruise the resort in style!



Designed with large families and groups in mind, this coastal retreat offers four full bedrooms, bright open living areas, and seamless access to world-class resort amenities.

Skip the long walks! Your booking includes access to a 4-seater golf cart to easily transport your group and beach gear around the resort. Note: Guests are required to sign a simple liability waiver after booking to activate golf cart access.

Nestled inside the secure, gated Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, you`ll have full access to an incredible collection of amenities just steps from your front door:

11 Swimming Pools: Includes a dedicated oceanfront pool directly on the beach, plus 5 seasonally heated pools.

On-Site Recreation: 18-hole miniature golf course, 5 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a fitness center, and a playground.

Beach Access: Dedicated, private stretch of sugar-white sand just a quick walk or golf cart ride away.

Central Location: Located in the heart of Panama City Beach—less than 2 miles from WonderWorks, Ripley`s Believe It or Not!, Signal Hill Golf Course, and ZooWorld.

*After booking, you will be sent a link to fill out a wavier and submit your ID/insurance information in order to take advantage of the golf cart.
We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and leave it as you found it. If anything is damaged, lost, or stolen during your stay, a charge may apply. Linens that are excessively stained or destroyed will also be subject to replacement fees.

Quite Hours 10pm-8am

No Smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. All cigarette butts and smoking remnants must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Do not discard on the ground, in landscaping, or around the property.

NO PETS

Guests who violate smoking will be charged an additional $1,000, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning.

No mailbox on property available for deliveries.

The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essential toiletries for your convenience upon arrival. For extended stays, additional supplies may be needed and can be purchased locally.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entirety of the reservation.

Property was as advertised! The golf cart was a HUGE BONUS! We definitely had plenty of room for 6 people and two dogs. We travel with our pets and it was nice to have room for them to tag alone! Tina communicated within minutes through the app. Check-in was a breeze. The rental was clean when we checked in and we hope we left just as clean or cleaner when we checked out. We’ll 100% try to get this place in 2027.

Had a great time easy check in and out. Had a couple of questions for Ray who answered them rather quickly. Clean unit, plenty of dishes and silverware. The beach chairs came in handy. No complaints, will definitely be on our short list next time we back. Thanks for the excellent experience.

We had a great stay, the gated community is very nice. Golf cart was an excellent amenity, very close to the beach. The house was perfect for us, only downside was we only had one key card for entering the gated community for 7 of us staying at the house. Other wise a great trip.

We had excellent communication through the entire process. We even had a cell phone number! The house was exactly as advertised. There was an awesome golf cart for our use but not enough time to do everything we wanted to do as we were there for a wedding. I would love to come back without an agenda and do everything we missed this trip! Husband and I took downstairs bedroom and two grown couples took upstairs rooms with queen beds and teenager took the room with a bunk bed. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of private space. This townhouse was a good choice for us! Well stocked, clean, comfortable. Didn’t hear the neighbors and the gate team was very helpful. Golf cart for quick trips.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this location! Loved walking around Gulf Highlands. My kids loved all of the pools. The golf cart was also amazing and made it very convenient to get to the beach! I recommend!!

Awesome condo….had so much recreation opportunities in the complex and the security made us feel safe!! The owners were very nice. Would stay here again!!!
