Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. This home is located on the first floor of a secured building. Each home has two private enclosed parking spots in the building's garage.

This home has a garage door remote for your convenience, which will be found in the kitchen upon your arrival.  There is a $100 fee for lost remotes and will be charged through your booking platform.

The Neighborhood:
Walk to all the shops and restaurants around Vanderbilt and Mid-town Nashville. The best spots in town for drinks, restaurants and everything "locals" love including BrickTop's, J. Alexanders, and Martin's BBQ. Enjoy a day at Centennial Park, home of the world's first exact replica of the Parthenon in Athens, Greece, built 1897 for the Centennial Exposition.

We are close to coffee, breakfast/brunch, lunch, dinner and bar spots, as well as local music venues, theaters, sports arenas and more. This truly is the perfect location!

Getting Around:
Guests will love having the enclosed, secure building garage with two dedicated parking spots and elevator access to their unit!

Beautiful place!

This place was just right for my family and I to celebrate a Christmas getaway! My MIL is in a wheelchair and this place was just right for her! The owner is also quick to respond to any questions you have! Only con I had is the parking spaces are small ( I drive a Tahoe) but that seems to be the normal for Nashville. Wonderful place! Will definitely be staying here again! We loved it!
