Wedding party weekend

Ideal location. Great bed and shower. Vibrant neighborhood with one of the best bakeries in Seattle ver close by. Considerate people in other units. Worked very well for us.

Quinn's Sweet Suite

My husband and I had a very nice stay at Quinn's Sweet Suite for a getaway to Seattle. This rental had everything we needed for our stay. There was a great bakery/cafe just a few minutes walk away and the Ballard Farmer's Market (highly recommend) was a little over a mile walk. Vince communicated clearly and quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Would recommend for a solo traveler but pretty tight for two. Excellent location but the entry key pad was extremely sensitive and rather difficult to operate. Couple of times stuck in hallway for 5-10 minutes. There was no AC and the unit was top floor. Got extremely hot and sleeping was challenging during a stretch of warm days.

Ballard studio

Our stay was great, great location and very clean. It was hot and since we don’t live in the area didn’t realize it wouldn’t be air-conditioned. Thank goodness for the fan in the closet. Not a con just something to be aware of if you are staying there in the hot summer months.

Room was clean and had everything you would need to cook. Bed comfy. Plenty of hot water for showers. Washer and dryer right outside door. Timely communication with owner. Location was an easy drive to Seattle and all tourist attractions. We were unaware parking was on the street and not assigned. You had to find a different place every time you left. Also on the third floor with lots of steps. It was a chore getting our heavy suitcases up 2 flights of maybe 10 stairs each. Lastly no air conditioning and being on the top floor it was really toasty by the end of the day. We opened windows but one night the high school across the street was having an event and pretty loud until after 10 pm. There was a fan in the room but it was pretty warm.

Room lovely, but the lounge — what lounge?

5 stars for Quinn’s Room, and it was cozy, clean, and pleasant. But the lounge? The listing shows an inviting area with a sofa and a couple chairs … none of which were there. My brother-in-law and his husband were also staying at the property, and it would have been nice to hang out in the lounge, but that wasn’t an option. Communication with the managers was also less than ideal.There were some problems with the electronic key entry for the front door—the device needed to be replaced during the time I was there—and it took some time to get responses.

Bright and clean studio

We enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed studio The small kitchenette was well-appointed, as was the bathroom. All amenities were new and clean, as was the space. Our host was responsive to questions and the detailed pre-check in process allowed for peace of mind, good communication and security.
