Beautiful Single-level 2/Bed, 2/Bath Condo with Mountain Views

Fantastic location, in the heart of Fountain Hills, AZ. First floor, single-level condo with large patio and breathtaking mountain views. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay. The living/dining/kitchen open floor plan has high ceilings, fireplace and comfortable places to sit and relax. The outdoor patio has a dining area and grill; a perfect place to have a glass of wine and watch Four Peaks mountain change colors from oranges, to pinks and purples at sunset.

The bedrooms are large and spacious with Queen beds in each. The master bedroom with private bath, have dual sinks and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has easy access to the hallway full bathroom. A stacked washer/dryer in unit for your use.

This condo is close to everything in Fountain Hills! Just an easy 1/2 mile walk to the famous Fountain Park. Two large grocery stores in a 1/4 mile area. Starbucks and Walgreens are close too!

For those who came to golf, Desert Canyon Golf Course, a favorite course in the area, is close by. Two other golf courses in Fountain Hills are also near by. Another popular golf course at the We-Ko-Pa Casino and Resort just a quick 10 minute drive away.

The condo is perfectly located near to the Scottsdale and Mesa areas. Spring training is a fan favorite activity. In addition, Scottsdale has many lovely shops and restaurants to visit.

If you are going through appointments at the Mayo Clinic - Scottsdale, our condo is located close with a easy driving route to the clinic.

Easy access to the condo from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport at just 25 minutes away.

Our Fountain Hills Favorite

Our third stay at this property which is always clean, neat and comfortable. The location is just minutes from restaurants and events which are held on the Avenue of the Fountains near Fountain Park. Definitely our Fountain Hills favorite place to stay!

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful visit from Buffalo, NY. The condo is centrally located to all the stores and attractions. There were plenty of supplies and the beds were comfortable. We loved the easy access to the pool. Perfect vacation get away!

Our stay at Troy & Maria's condo in Fountain Hills

We were very impressed with the condo. The grounds were beautifully kept. The view amazing. We enjoyed the spacious patio and when we entered we were struck by the attractive, clean & comfortable interior. We loved those comfy recliners. The condo is well equipped. We did suggest that perhaps cleaning people could do a clean out of kitchen cupboards. (an abundance of leftovers from previous guests.) As two people with bad backs, a firmer mattress would be appreciated, but all in all a very pleasant place to stay in beautiful Fountain Hills. Also, Maria & Troy were very quick to answer any of our needs. Much appreciated.

April in Fountain Hills

My wife & I really enjoyed our time in Fountain Hills while staying at Troy's & Maria's condo. Great location - close to bank/grocery stores/restaurants and gave us the ability to walk thru a beautiful neighborhood on our way to the Fountain for our daily walk. The condo was well furnished with household utensils and plenty of towels - including beach towels for our use in the provided swimming pool & hot tub. An electric grill is provided along with a covered/private patio. We took advantage of the views from the patio at night - the stars are a plenty. The 2 TV's provided all the stations we needed to keep us entertained along with a strong Wi-Fi signal. The owners provided a detailed manual which guided us thru the various 'how-to's' when dealing with operating items such as: TV/microwave/AC/laundry/outdoor closet,etc. We only had a couple of questions during our months stay and Troy was quick to give us our needed direction via text. We highly recommend this condo as a place to stay while visiting Fountain Hills and the Valley of the Sun.

Vacation Rental Done Right

We have rented several VRBO properties over the past fifteen or so years and this property was at the top of the class. The provided documentation was an example that should be followed by every owner. Plusses include excellent dinnerware selection, very comfortable furniture and an easy to maintain unit. Despite enjoying the first heatwave of the season the unit remained cool to the point that the air conditioner did not come on during the entirety of our stay. I wish that every owner would provide the shower and handheld attachment that were provided in both bathrooms. Minor downsides were that the pool heater was out of action with parts on order and perhaps the most uncomfortable pool-side loungers ever made but we were told new chairs and chaises are on order. For us the Queen beds were a strong negative, although comfortable they were too small for sharing. If I was grading out of ten this would be a strong nine. The views overlooking the distant mountains are spectacular. The unit is in a nice and secure neighbourhood with every necessity near to hand. Renters should make an effort to enjoy the the fountain and the park.

Wonderful Condo!!

The Condo is in an excellent quiet location. Very Clean with beautiful southwestern design! The Condo had everything we needed! Very nice patio to relax and watch the wonderful sunsets. The perfect place to call home away from home

This was absolutely the best VRBO experience that we have had to date! The owners were kind and welcoming and had so many convenience items stocked in the home from dish soap to laundry supplies to starter logs for the fire place. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable with beautiful high-end linens. We loved having coffee on the patio each morning while enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains. Thank you, Troy & Maria, for a wonderful stay - I would absolutely recommend this property! You won't be disappointed!

Excellent place

This condo has a VIEW! That was the first thing we noticed when we arrived. Located close to town and on top of a hill the views provide a wonderful setting to enjoy a morning cup of coffee on your private patio. Troy and Maria made sure the condo was equipped with everything you needed, including fold up lawn chairs in case you wanted to go to a concert or activity at Fountain Park.. They were friendly and accommodating hosts. This property is a real winner!

A great place!

This was our third stay in Fountain Hills in the past 12 months … and Troy and Maria’s condo was the best! Their condo has three main requirements we wanted – a convenient location, a ground floor unit, and a quiet and comfortable outdoor patio with a view. The condo is nicely decorated and has a comfortable, casual feel. In addition to the usual amenities, it includes two of today’s necessities of life … good Wi-Fi and a Keurig coffee maker. The patio has nice mountain views and is great for outdoor reading or meals or happy hour. A “community” table is located just across the sidewalk. There, we enjoyed early morning coffee or a glass of wine at sundown. The pool and hot tub, just short walk away, were clean, well-maintained and had plenty of lounge chairs. Also very close is an assigned, covered parking spot. The unit’s convenient location makes it fast and easy to go to local restaurants and events on the Avenue of the Fountains - the lake is just minutes away by car, or less than a 30 minute walk. Being near a major street also makes it easy to reach outlying areas like Scottsdale and McDowell Mountain Regional Park. From the beginning, the owners made us feel very welcome. We arrived after dark to see that the outdoor and indoor lights were already turned on for our late arrival … a nice touch! Troy and Maria were very responsive to any questions we had. I asked Maria if she could arrange for good weather during our stay. She came through for us … it was clear and sunny with temperatures in the upper 70s and 80s! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

I was blessed to stay at this property during a portion of my traveling job. This home was everything I needed physically but also for my emotional well being. This home is located in a magical location where the sunrises will take your breath away. This home is special, and I am so grateful to my hosts for allowing me to enjoy it!

Fountain Hills Gem

Where should I begin??? I actually am an owner of a condo in the same community. When I came across this condo on VRBO online I was super excited as I had family coming in. From the moment I messaged Troy & Maria I immediately knew I was in great hands. My cousin and her family were concerned about staying in a Resort as she had 2 kiddos and wanted to be closer to me and also have more of a home feeling for them. Maria answered all of my questions and then some. She made my family feel so welcome upon their arrival. The condo is spotless and is a great vacation spot for everyone! They add so much ease upon arrival with some start up items so people don't have to immediately worry about running to grab coffee, paper towels, etc. Such a great touch! The condo is very spacious and very welcoming. I highly recommend this property and the owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Thank you Maria & Troy so very much for everything!!!
