Didn’t realize

Absolutely love the location the room was clean with the air cranked up which was great. I didn’t realize that there was not a kitchen but made it work. Kids loved it will be back for sure

First cabin was horrible

First night in first cabin was horrible, spider webs everywhere. Very dirty and nasty. Could not sleep. Next day we got to move to another cabin. You would think they would have given us our money back for first night, but didn’t even offer. I have pictures of how nasty it was!

It’s a must

To start I did not pay attention to their open days to float but communication with Doug was on point. He took care of my mistakes and questions immediately. 4 stars on cleanliness was just because I feel like spider webs on deck porch could have been cleaned up a little before guest arrived. I did have to ask for my check in information the day of arrival because it was never sent but like I said above Doug responded and took care of it immediately. We have always rented mama bears cabin and it’s perfectly comfortable for my family of 4. It’s just a great place to relax and have fun no matter the age!

The staff were amazingly helpful, made us feel very welcomed, and any questions we had, they had answers. Such a beautiful place!!!

Cute Studio Cabin Right on the Creek!

We enjoyed Mama Bear cabin at Up The Creek! Next time, we are coming back with the kids. The cabin is small, but cute and was very clean. The best part is you can rent kayaks right there on the property and float the creek. There was another family in the attached studio cabin (its kind of like 2 apartments in 1 building) but we didn't know they were even there unless we saw them coming or going. Doug was extremely helpful and answered my many questions in a timely manner! The staff there are helpful and nice. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will be back!

Cozy Cabin Vibes!

We had an amazing stay at this sun suite. Doug was very helpful and quick to respond to any question I may have had. The ladies at "Up the creek" (on the site, you can rent kayaks and canoes) were very accommodating and sweet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return! You can look at the creek from the balcony patio, that was super nice!
