The house accommodates up to 10 people (including children).
In the event of the check out exceeds more than 30 minutes of the allowed time, a late check out fee will be applied, which is 65% of the daily rate.
- The house inspection is done before and after each stay. Any damage done to the house will be charged directly to the guest.
- Please note that damaged and stained towels will be charged to the guest.
- Please note that your trash must be properly packed in the plastic bag to be disposed of in the trash. All trash and garbage must be placed inside 13-gallon or smaller trash bags. Trash disposed of incorrectly will incur additional fees.
