Hi Monty, thank you for your review and sharing your constructive feedback. We really wish you would have shared this while in house still, especially considering your very long stay as a snow bird. This would have allowed us to correct the issues right away, making your long stay even more enjoyable. The lawn for example is regularly treated for ants (and many other bugs for that matter), which is part of our pest control service. They gladly come out for an extra treatment when that need is identified. We found that the dishwasher is working fine. Yes, we agree it is an older one, yet it is working as designed so no immediate need to replace at this time. Thank you again for giving us your feedback. We have taken it to heart and were able to make the necessary changes where needed. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

We would like to clarify that this particular property does not offer pool heating, and heated pool access is therefore not available at this home. Many properties in the Orlando area do not have pool heaters, so guests who feel pool heating is important should confirm its availability with the host before booking, especially when traveling during the cooler months. We also regret that several items in the home did not meet the standard we aim to provide, including the towels, kitchen items, bathroom ventilation, and bedroom TV, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so they can be reviewed. Regarding the cameras, they are exterior security cameras intended to protect the property and are not located inside the living spaces or bedrooms. We are glad our team was able to respond when you requested replacement towels, and we will use your feedback to identify areas where the home can be improved. We are sorry that, after your 10th visit to Orlando, this particular stay did not provide the experience you were hoping for.
