This three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse located in North Ocean City is definitely a must see! You will be staying in the sought-after community of Fisherman's Village, which features an outdoor pool just steps from the oversized back deck. You’re also just a short trip from the beach, shopping, parks, transportation, and restaurants.

This family-friendly retreat has a large and bright dining room and living area with a fireplace and smart TVs with Youtube TV streaming. Completely updated, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, under cabinet lighting, and granite countertops, while the dining table is set for eight. All three bedrooms are located upstairs and have been recently updated. The main bedroom has a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest rooms (one of them featuring bunk beds - perfect for the kids!) share a hallway bathroom. The front porch overlooks the quiet street.

Extra perks include a baby gate at the top of the staircase, a high chair, step stool, and kid-friendly cups and bowls, as well as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, kites, and a wagon. There is also a hose attached to the side of the house (in front of the parking lot) to help wash off any leftover sand.

In addition to the nearby beach, Northside Park (1.2 miles away) is Ocean City’s largest and most popular park facility. The 58-acre complex includes three lighted softball/baseball fields, a lighted soccer field, a multipurpose field, a fishing lagoon, a footbridge, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, and walking/jogging paths.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
