Private townhome in the best location Kissimmee has to offer. 10 to 14 min to all Disney parks including Disney Springs and SeaWorld. Next door (literally) to Fun Spot and Old Town for kids and adult fun, 20 Min to Orlando airport and 23 min to Universal. The fun of every major theme park has been brought into the home with the attention to detail to each themed area. While relaxing at home also enjoy the hot tub and double wide lanai that offers privacy and comfort, or sit inside watching the game on the big screens. At the clubhouse there's a big heated community pool, 2 large waterslides, plenty of lounge chairs/seating/umbrellas and a bar that provides a quick bite to eat for all ages. Restaurant, arcade, tennis court, and full gym. The LOCATION you cant get any better. . Towels and linens all provided, your set up with a welcome basket with a small dish soap, dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 papertowel, and a roll of toliet paper in each bathroom. There is a full size washer and dryer, and ironing board, the kitchen is full equipped to cook whatever meal you desire and a charcoal grill outside. Guest is responsible for cleaning of grill. A balcony off of the master bedroom, the master bedroom also has a soaking tub and a separate shower. New flooring, smart water heater and new air conditioning just added. There is also a fresh drinking water system in the home. The hottub is easy open very light with a handle for pull up and down. Any questions feel free to ask! I LOVE THIS PLACE, HOPE YOU WILL TOO.

Outstanding 5 week stay. The bedrooms each had very comfortable beds, clean dresser drawers, and empty closets with hangers ready for clothes. The whole house was spotless. The living space was outdone only by the large patio and hot tub which gave us plenty of sun and views of deer but with privacy from neighbors. We enjoyed the Potter decor. Lauren is an exceptional host and responded immediately to our one request for help with the tv.

Great stay

Had a great stay at this property with family had everything we needed, on a nice resort behind old town and many restaurants and shops within a short drive. Had great communication with the host Lauren and answered any questions promptly.

Magical Escape

I stayed in this wonderful house for three nights for a visit to Disney World. Each room has a different local park theme which makes it a lot of fun. The house was clean and comfortable. It felt like home. Will definitely stay here again.

Close to the fun but still private and relaxing

Love being close the theme parks that I could just drive back for a midday break. Onsite restaurant is great for those nights you don't want to go out or cook. Enjoyed the hot tub to relax in after a long day of walking.

Our stay was great! Lauren was hands-down the BEST host I've ever worked with through VRBO. She was quick to respond to any issues/questions. She also provided a fantastic welcome pdf with tons of local info and details about the resort. The interior of the house was super fun! It was very roomy. The location was very convenient to lots of area attractions and restaurants. The kitchen was large and had lots of needed items. We enjoyed the unit's hot tub, the resort pool, and the fitness center. We saw lots of deer, lizards, and birds around the resort.

Everything was very Clean and Perfect location to Disney Parks. The complex was very quiet when we went in September. We were at parks all day so We didn’t use the facilities. The queen bed was alittle firm but the king was perfect! Could use new pillows. They were flat. Those were the only very minor negatives. Huge plus was nice cool AC that worked great! Communication with Lauren was great and we were allowed to check in a few hours earlier which was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot to stay

Always love staying here. It’s a walk away from old town and short drive to Disney and most parks. Our house this time was clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was very quick to respond with any questions and concerns and went above and beyond for us. The house was a themed in Harry Potter. The hottub was a great little addition and a great spot to relax in after a busy day at the parks with the kids.

The Wizarding House

We absolutely loved our stay! There is not one thing I would improve...the place was really clean and comfy, decorated perfectly for wizarding families! The beds were quite comfortable, the hot tub was the highlight at the end of each day! Our gracious host was always just a few clicks away should we need anything (we actually didn't). The complex was great, easy access, heated community pool with slides, at an amazing location (Old Town within a walking distance). Water was running perfectly, fully packed kitchen, house layout was perfect! You will most definately see us again; this has become our favorite spot to stay!!!!

Disney Vacation

I have stayed in Regal Oaks in the past and had a wonderful experience. The unit I stayed in was very nice. it was clean and all the appliances worked including the hot tub and televisions. The location of Regal Oaks is fantastic. It is within walking distance to Old Town. It is a short drive to the Disney parks. The pool area is very nice. This time around, I found the unit I stayed in to be comfortable, however the hot tub did not work properly and the floors in the kitchen and living room area were not very clean. The televisions were not working properly upon arrival. I must say the owner was very nice. She was available and immediately returned my text messages. We were able to resolve the television problem but the hot tub issue was unresolvable during our stay. Overall we had a great vacation. I would go back again, but make sure the hot tub works. I could have used it after walking in the Disney parks all day.
