- Clubhouse membership transfer is $150 cost covered by the tenant/renter required for access to the clubhouse and amenities.
- Membership covers two adults in the same household address only. Children under 21 with same address included.
- Guests not in the same household may accompany member when using clubhouse.
- Additional Fees payable to HOA at clubhouse upon arrival for stay- $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access.
There is also a $25 fee to the condo association for an application paid by the tenant. Totaling $175 in application/transfer fees.

- 4 dishwasher detergent pods
- 2 trash bags size-13-gallon under kitchen sink

- 4 Keurige K-cups, Tea, & Sugar

- Pickleball & Tennis Rackets
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
