Enjoy a cozy space with king size bed, sink, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, small panini griddle, table with chairs, television, local cable as well as tv apps, hi speed wifi, and full bathroom with large vanity. This unit also has the heated pool, hot tub, and sauna directly across the street and is right up the street from Coyote Grill on San Ignacio golf course.

Brief visit for a funeral

Quiet and convenient

We chose this apartment so that we'd be close to several birding spots south of Tucson (Madera Canyon, Patagonia, Canoa Ranch). We enjoyed the hot tub and small pool. Plenty of amenities nearby.

Charming Getaway

Great location, beautiful neighborhood, just right for what we needed. Host was great about adding one day when we needed to add to our stay. One small suggestion: It would be nice to have a few more dishes, wine glasses, and travel size toiletries. We will book again when we visit!

Lovely, comfortable and quiet studio with everything one needs for an enjoyable stay, even a Keurig with coffee pods. Appreciated the ability to stay only two nights. Highly recommend!

Fun in Green Valley

We stayed for the month of February. Although it is a studio, we had plenty of room, and found it easy to make food in, if we were not out enjoying the sun and fun in and around Green Valley.

Convenient home base for visiting family in Green Valley over the holidays.

The space was charming and everything we needed for our stay was supplied. (including a coffee machine!) Communication with the host was excellent. Internet access was quick and easy and the table in the window provided space and outlets for two people to access computers. We would stay here again!

We didn’t expect how comfortable the bed would be, and how quiet the residence was! We stayed in the B side which was plenty of room for a couple nights stay. Cozy as advertised! The only thing to note is the trash bins outside are only opened by a key which is not provided. So for a longer stay the key may need to be requested.

Green Valley efficiency studio.

This was perfect for my week in Green Valley! Clean and easy access. It has a table with chairs which was really nice, but I would have liked to have a sitting chair to just sit and read in. Good communication! I would stay here again.

Property was as listed. My only complaints would be that the towels in the bathroom were pretty skimpy (and only one hand towel) and there was no freezer or way to get ice. We enjoyed the friendly adult atmosphere and the use of the hot tub.

Perfect spot

Everything about this place was excellent! Very clean, nice comfy bed, strong hot shower just like I like, towels smelled heavenly, and there was water and nice smelling lotion and soap for me. I was very happy with my stay and recommend it to anyone that just needs a cute small place to stay. Everyone in the neighborhood made it a point to say hello while my little dog and I took our walks. The location is very convenient and quiet. Cozy studio.

Quiet and comfortable. We stayed there for a number of days, and would have liked to have a a small dresser or chest of drawers that we could unpack our suitcases into. Not a big deal, but it would have been a welcome addition.

Great Vacation

Our room was perfect for our needs. Comfortable king size bed. No oven/stove so I brought a hot plate and frying pan and we ate most of our meals indoors. We used the pool and hot tub right across the street every day . Golfed 6 different courses during our 3 week stay. Nicole responded to my questions in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend this unit and location.
