Condo moderne Duplex dans un quartier résidentiel. L'emplacement est à mi-ßle. Proche de pistes cyclables. Cinq minutes à pied des transports en commun. Un mile de la ville et un mile deux plages Surfside et Miacomet. Patio extérieur Bluestone avec barbecue au gaz.
Accueil dispose de 2 chambres doubles à l'étage avec salle de bain complÚte. Niveau du premier étage est une cuisine à aire ouverte de la chambre / salon avec salle d'eau. Niveau inférieur dispose d'un den avec canapé et une troisiÚme chambre de la Reine privée avec salle de bain complÚte. Parc résidentiel sur la rue. Excellent pour les familles !!

It's a lovely home in a great location at a great prices. The basement rooms are very musty and the upstairs shower and a few other things should have been cleaner. I lost use of my email for several days so I texted and never received a response even though I was told that was the best form of communication. Overall a great experience though.

A wonderful stay on the island

We had a wonderful time at this place. The location is close to the bike rental shop and the bus stop. We could easily get all over the island by bicycle.

Great place for the price- no issues that owner couldn’t respond to. Just a little too far from the rest of the family who stayed in walking distance to town. Loved it anyway!

Nantucket weekend trip

Had a great time during our weekend trip to Nantucket. Property was in a great area and close to bus stop to get into town easily. Host was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Only downsides were that the bathroom floors would get soaked during a shower even with the shower curtain and the basement felt slightly humid/moist. No tv in main living area. Other than those minor things would definitely recommend this property as an affordable option to stay in Nantucket

Run down property

The house interior was clean and comfortable. House location is good. 1.9 miles to the historic district and 1.9 miles to the nearest beach. There is no air conditioning and there are not enough windows to supply air in the house. Most of the windows will not open fully. There was a sign in the basement asking not to open the window. The house was uncomfortably warm at times and there was no mention of no air conditioning in the VRBO description. There were 3 Coffee Cups in a house with three bedrooms. House should have had a few more cups. No window coverings in the upstairs bedrooms to provide privacy while dressing There was no curtain for bathroom window so had to use a towel to cover to prevent the next door neighbor from seeing in. Very small TV in the basement with none in the main family room. Back porch sitting area badly in need of jet washing. There is mold growing everywhere on the house, deck, and furniture with old furniture and other items piled high in various areas. There is water leaking onto the kitchen ceiling from upstairs causing ceiling mold. Beds in all the bedrooms are tired and in need of replacement. Front door has black mold growing all over it. Coffee pot failed the last day of our rental. Many of the outlets in the home in need of replacement due to wear.

Very reasonable place to stay

We found this property to be appropriately comfortable and well- laid out overall for our stay with two babies and our dogs. It is not a very fancy location or property, but served our needs well to spend time on our favorite island. The residential neighborhood is fairly noisy. I did appreciate the host’s communication and understanding for two potential issues- one huge one being a date change and then change back due to ferry car reservations. We did find that the other half of the property was occupied by a family for half of the time and they were not friendly at all, but we weren’t home much so that didn’t matter. We didn’t use the patio at all due to ants and there being huge very deep window wells to the basement that our toddler could very easily fall in. All in all a decent stay. We love Nantucket so much and have been long time renters every summer. I would possibly return someday but already booked elsewhere for next summer.

Awesome girls getaway

This is the 4th time I've stayed in this rental. The location is ideal and has plenty of space. We used the beach chairs and public transportation which was very convenient from the house. I will definitely be back!! Thank you Denise!

Family Trip Away For. A Few Days

We had a wonderful stay at this place. It’s our second time booking and we will be back again! The house is super clean. Lots of space indoors and outdoors. Only tv is in basement family room but we weren’t there for tv. We rented backs bob’s went to beach and played games with our young adult kiddos and their friends. Lots of bike riding. Great location and super clean!!!! Thank you for another wonderful stay!!!!

Great time staying at Denise’s place again!

We visited last year with some friends and loved it so much we booked it again this time with our parents. We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking to experience nantucket for a few days. Denise was a great host and was happy to help with whatever we needed. Great alternative to downtown

We had a girls weekend and stayed at the condo. The neighborhood was residential but was so quiet. Even on the weekend it was quieter than my own neighborhood back home! We enjoyed the birdsong every morning and while having a drink on the back deck. The condo was super clean and very sunny. Water pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water for 3 women to shower. We never used the kitchen other than for drinks and morning coffee/yogurt but it was well equipped with the basics.

Underwhelmed & overpriced

I’d equate this to a Motel 6 type of property. We had dozens of red ants in the kitchen and back deck. There is no AC and on a very busy street, so sleeping is difficult with the windows open. This is the first property where we’ve been asked to take out the trash and start the laundry. Nothing special about this property. The owner took 2 months to reply to questions.

Great rental and location!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and will continue to come back! We love the location which is just a little over a mile from town. The property is clean and it accommodated our group and guests nicely.

Girls Getaway

This was perfect for 3 girlfriends on their first trip to the island! Overall house was as expected, there was a broken shutter in the upstairs bathroom and we were a little worried the neighbors could see in! And it did get slightly noisy at night if you left the windows open, but overall was a great stay!
