Belle Nouvelle maison de luxe, à quelques pas de la ville

Cette belle maison, ensoleillé nouvelle dispose de 4 chambres à l'étage, et un plan ouvert facile de plancher bas. La cuisine a une cuisinière Viking, Sub-Zero réfrigérateur, comptoirs en granit, et une grande île avec des sièges pour 6. La cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger, et la grande salle de la famille est à seulement 2 étapes vers le bas à partir de la salle à manger. Une tanière avec une télé et d'un salon de fournir les espaces communs plus privés. Les détails architecturaux tels que des colonnes et belles moulures donnent la grande maison une atmosphère intime. Il ya un porche sur le côté de la maison, et un pont arrière avec un barbecue au gaz accessible depuis la cuisine. L'extérieur dispose de jolis murs en pierre, les allées, et les plantations. Off le pont arrière est une douche extérieure.

This property is perhaps the best I have ever stayed in on both of the big rental sites. The quality of the house is top notch, and the kitchen is large enough and so well equipped that one could host a holiday dinner! Top notch appliances including smaller kitchen appliances ( ie Kitchen Aid stand mixer, Wolf toaster oven, Weber natural gas grill). Frankly, we used none of them as we were in town for a family event weekend. The house is located on a quiet drive with 2 other houses, yet there is sufficient designated parking room for 2-3 vehicles, dependent upon size of those vehicles. As the temps reached a high of 74 all week, we enjoyed turning off all 4 zones of the HVAC and opening windows…there’s great cross ventilation and no real noise. The location was great…about 2500 steps from the front porch to the shops and cafes. We enjoyed walking downtown to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich every morning. It’s right across the street from the observatory which was only open from 9-10:30 on Friday, but the stars are so visible at the house we didnt get too upset about not being able to go…beds were comfortable; pillows appeared to be down, so a bit flatter than we are used to; plenty of nightlights; lots of places to sit quietly and plenty of TVs if that’s what you like to do in the evening. They provide 8-10 beach towels and lots of gear. Perfection!

This was a great property for my parents, adult siblings, and teen children to stay during my wedding weekend. The kitchen was very well-appointed, and there was plenty of space and bathrooms to meet the needs of all in the house. I would definitely book this property again for the next family vacation!

Nantuckett getaway

The house has a great layout and perfect for a group. Home has a musty smell like a moisture issue but I am sure with all the rain that happens there it is hard to control.

I was surprised you felt it had a musty smell. No one has ever mentioned that before. Possibly you are thinking of the basement even though the basement has a dehumidifier. and low humidity.

Lovely house!

We just loved this house and enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving. Lillian and Angelo could not have been nicer and were very accommodating when we asked to check out late so our daughter could nap. The house was meticulous and very well equipped. We would definitely return as it was just great!

Absolutely loved our stay at Lillian’s property. The home is extremely clean and spacious - large kitchen, various hangout spots, big bedrooms, etc. Love that every bedroom has a bathroom. Perfect house for a group of friends or family trip. We walked everywhere. Lillian was a very communicative host and generously allowed us to check in early. We will be back!

Absolutely fantastic vacation spot

We had three couples and single stay in the house for a week. We were joined by three other couples for most meals. This house was absolutely perfect. Three living spaces, four full baths plus a half, two washers and dryers, huge dining table, every kitchen accessory or thing you would need including games, beach needs, outdoor seating areas, gas grill, luxurious towels and more We were constantly commenting on how much we enjoyed the house and how perfect it was. And the bonus is that you can walk into town very easily. Recommend this spot highly.

Wonderful long weekend in Nantucket!

My parents, siblings, spouses and kids all stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. This was our second time in the house because we had such a great experience last year! This house is perfect!! The kitchen has everything you need. There was enough space in the house for us to come together but also have privacy. The deck was great for grilling and spending time outside. The host was easy to work with. Location is a perfect! We could easily walk to town.
