Great private spot with outstanding views 180 degrees around! Swim from the L-shaped dock or small swimming area. Row boat. Peace and quiet. Adorable cottage with wonderful, large screen room looking out to the water and fantastic views beyond. Have the perfect Winnipesaukee cottage experience here. Cable t.v. Dock for up to a 21' boat (owner keeps his boat on one side of the dock). Absolutely no outside fires permitted.
LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $125. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

Nice quite place but not far from all the lake action

All kinds of wild life, eagles loons deer hummingbirds. Wonderful sun rise and views from deck. User friendly dock a big plus. Looking forward to our next visit.

Only concern for future years, it could have an easier ladder to get in and out of the water. Very narrow and bottom step is very high. We’ll be back!

The beds are ok, nice and clean but could use a mattress upgrade, but fine for kids. The dock was great for the rental boat, swimming, and fishing.

But new dock very nice.
