Nice property, main bedroom/bed is small, kind of strict rules to follow when most are normal common courtesies, signs everywhere reminding you of the rules. Experience was okay, felt like we weren’t allowed to sit on the furniture because of all the rules.

Image de profil de l’hôte
We enjoy this journey together amidst the curve balls and bits of chaos. We have six children and are fortunate that some help us with our AirBnb. We enjoy hosting and meeting new people, traveling and experiencing different countries and cultures. We are thrilled to be learning this new real estate and hospitality industry. Our hope is that our enthusiasm will show in our guests experiences.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Step back in time with a stay in this beautifully restored 1920s-inspired Speakeasy Carriage House, located on the grounds of a stunning historic estate. Nestled across a lush, landscaped courtyard from the main Neo Classical Home and Victorian Cottage, each home offers privacy and tranquility thanks to mature trees and garden views. Enjoy the charm of a bygone era with modern comforts in a setting that feels like your own private park. 🛑 House Rules Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM No smoking | No pets | No parties or events $200 minimum fine per violation: smoking inside, noise complaints, unregistered pet, or party/event, no locals within 50 miles w/ out owner written approval. A 3% cancellation fee applies if cancelled based on the property’s location, the listing clearly states the home is in Murfreesboro, not Nashville.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We’re in a prime historic downtown location—walkable to all the fun! That means a little downtown energy too—sirens, music, and city sounds might pop in like uninvited party guests. Walkable to downtown Murfreesboro. 35 Minutes from Nashville Airport.
