New and charming apartment in the center of Madrid.The apartment has a very nice patio in the center. It has 2 double beds, build-in wardrobes, one bathroom, air conditioning, Smart TV, wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine and everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Madrid.

Excellent location, walking distance to most of Madrid’s points of interest. Great communication with hostess. Several great restaurants within steps of the property. Everything as described.

Location is great and little outdoor area is a wonderful bonus. Kitchen is well-equipped. Place was very clean and the bathroom had a nice shower. We are in our mid-30s and had our 88 year old grandma. The loft is really only suitable for very young people. It’s a converted storage space and you can’t stand fully up in it. This was not clear on the listing description at all. It was a very uncomfortable space for us and difficult to get ready. Everything had to be on the first level which really crowded everyone. If the listing was clearer, I would not have picked it. I am sure it is fine for a family with kids or young travelers but it was not a fit for us.

When we checked in, the exterior door to the patio was broken. The host said it just happened, but no way to tell. We had to wait for someone to attempt to repair it. There were bugs, broken chairs, stained sheets. We had no choice but to find another place to stay.

Location is unbeatable.Surrounding streets are lined with a variety of restaurants/bars, Cervantes home around the corner, Prado and Royal Gardens 10 minute walk.

Excellent Location

The property was lovely with lots of smart design that maximizes the way the space is used. It was bright, modern and pleasant. However, the best thing about this property is the location. It was convent to public transportation and great areas of Madrid. There are restaurants and bars steps from the front door, but the property was quiet and private. A note to travelers from the US, this is a European apartment. Showers and hot water capacity are not the same as in the US. We learned to stagger (& shorten) our showers to ensure hot water for our group. Great place to stay while you explore Madrid

Perfect Intro to Madrid

This was our first time in Madrid and we chose this listing for its central location and interesting layout. It provided everything our family of four could have hoped for and quickly felt like our ‘home base’ for adventures by transit and on foot. The host was very attentive at check-in and made us feel very welcome.

Thanksgiving in Madrid

Nice apartment in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment is small but uses the space efficiently. Great spot for our family of 4 to be close to everything we wanted to do. The listing says it sleeps 5, but the sofa is not a pullout, so not sure where s 5th person would sleep. Also, the upstairs loft has a very low ceiling, which was fine for my teenage daughters, but would be tight for adults or tall teens. Overall a great stay.

Cute spot!

Loved the location of the property. The inside was very clean and the patio was perfect to hang out on. The second bedroom is a loft and doesn't have a door, but we were just there for the weekend so it worked out great. The check in was easy to get the keys and she arrived back at the time of our checkout. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants walking distance. Highly recommend for a small group!
